We ended up not staying at the property, the courtyard was filthy and used as a break area/ chain smoking area for a local restaurants employees. I did not receive the check-in codes 48 hours in advance as promised. I did not have internet standing at the door and that was the only way to be able to access the apartment. I went to a local restaurant to get Wi-Fi and communicated same to the owner by phone and he referred me to another phone number where no one ever answered. I requested a refund and was denied. Stay away from Casa Mia Navona. I did find beautiful accommodations nearby at EFES Hotellerie. I highly recommend that property

This property has a shared common space- I don’t think the booking made that clear. Your room is private with its own bathroom and it’s secure, but kitchen and living space and terrace are shared. We dealt with two property managers during our stay. Sean was incredible and answered every question and concern. He made our stay worth it. Jose was supposed to be our point of contact. He was unresponsive and the least helpful. He had issues at check in and requests for airport transport and issues when we arrived late and the electronic key wasn’t working (all keys are operated through your phone. No physical keys) Sean saved us by providing a manual code for us when our phone wasn’t working. Thank you Sean!! We did like the property- I would suggest a shower curtain in the King bedroom- the window into the shower provided zero privacy, so that was awkward. It was clean and quiet. Very walkable too.
