je conseille jamais cet hôtel à personne, les photos ne correspondes pas au site. pas d'eau chaude des fourmis partout dans la chambre. on dirait un hôtel de passe. même le petit déjeuner 1 couque et croissant qu'on doit aller au bar d en face.

가성비로는 매우 마음에 드는 곳

프론트에 있는 여자분이 배려심이 있어서 지내는 동안 매우 기분이 좋았다. 객실은 작지 않으나 여유공간이 조금 부족한 편. 조식은 호텔에서 해결되지 않고 쿠폰을 주면 테르미니역에 있는 빵집에 가서 크라상 한 개, 커피 한 잔을 마실 수 있다. 숙소에서 양 제한없이 먹는 일반적인 조식을 생각하면 안 되지만, 맛은 아주 좋은 편임.

Da considerare solo per la sosta di 1-2 notti

Hotel adatto solo a soste di 1 o 2 notti, al massimo. La camera che ci hanno dato era abbastanza pulita, ma il bagno era fatiscente. La porta rotta, si chiudeva a stento. La cabina della doccia praticamente stava su per miracolo e quando ho fatto la doccia mi è praticamente rimasta in mano un'antina scorrevole. L'acqua calda non funzionava per il bidè, mentre per la doccia e il lavandino impiegava quasi 5 minuti prima di arrivare. Detto questo, bisogna riconoscere che la posizione fosse veramente ottimale, a due passi dalla stazione Termini e dalle 2 linee della metropolitana.

Il palazzo è vecchio e trae in inganno perché in realtà la stanza è pulita e silenziosa. Anche il bagno è pulito. Per la colazione ci si reca al bar che dista due minuti a piedi. Vicinissima a stazione, parcheggio custodito e centro. Ottimo

Feeling somewhat cheated

The reception lady was polite but could not speak much English. She helped us with checking in and showed us our room on a different floor which was ok. We then asked her about the breakfast included in our booking but she adamantly told us that no breakfast will be provided due to the low price we paid, which was disappointing. We did not pursue the issue further as it was hard to communicate with her and we thought we won't be served anything great anyway with the response she gave us. The accommodation is located in close proximity to the central train station and there are many shops nearby which was convenient for us. The room was serviced daily but the floor tiles did not look very clean even when we checked in. We had an experience well below average compared to other accommodation of similar star rating and will not be staying there again.

hotel is close to central,everything is very close

the staff that was there on the day we arrived was not helpful at all and was not welcoming, she was also like this on the day we had left as well. She also tried to charge us again for the room. In the website it said breakfast was included but they told us that we had to pay extra if we wanted it. Also we were not shown the shared kitchen. for two days the service cleaning was not done properly as we were short of towels and toiletries that are usually provided.

Hotel würde ich nicht dazu sagen .. unter Hotel versteht sich etwas anderes. Das Zimmer war OK für 2 Nächte . Klima Anlage war wichtig das Bad war Ok . Sehr Zentral gelegen direkt am Bahnhof.Frühstück gab es in der Bar auf der Straße was wir am Ersten Tag nicht gefunden haben und da wir keine Lust hatten wieder zurück zu laufen und 5 Etagen hoch zur Rezeption zu fahren, haben wir woanders gefrühstückt.. für 2 Übernachtungen war es ok das Zimmer würde ich wieder buchen und es war preiswert

Hotel muy antiguo, en un quinto piso, céntrico.

El hotel comparte edificio con otros del mismo estilo y categoría (al menos 3 o 4). La entrada por el ascensor, pues el hotel está en varias plantas, es horrible. Está sucio y se nota que hace años que no ve una capa de pintura. Asusta nada más entrar. La recepción está en la quinta planta. La señora que atiende es correcta y atenta. La habitación es antigua, pero correcta. Está limpia y dispone de ciertas comodidades: TV, aire acondicionado, caja fuerte y minibar. El AACC y el minibar son antiguos y funcionan sólo a medio gas, Lo peor fue el cuarto de baño. La cisterna del WC perdía agua cada vez que tirabas de la cadena a simple vista, con lo que siempre había unos charquitos de agua en el suelo, con el peligro de resbalar. Al avisar, vinieron a mirarlo, pero no lo solucionaron. Al segundo o tercer día, y seguir el problema igual, vino el señor de recepción (creo que era el dueño) y, de malos modos, dudaba de nuestra palabra: que si no veía el agua, que si ahora estaba seco,,, desentendiéndose del tema. Nunca más volvió a preguntar por el problema, que siguió igual, y hacía como si no nos veía cada vez que entrábamos y salíamos. Creo que sabían de sobra el problema que había en el baño, pero no hicieron nada para solucionarlo! Una pena porque este tema nos hizo la estancia incómoda y desagradable. Al marchar, nadie nos dijo nada ni se excusaron. No pienso volver ni recomendarlo a nadie!

Worst hotel ever

It was a bad experience and I am not a person with high expectations. It was dirty, ac bearly working, bathroom full of mold and on top of that it was full of ants. Definitely do not recommend staying in this hotel.

Отель находится практически через дорогу от левого крыла вокзала Термини. Удобно и до центра добираться, да и если Вам нужно куда-то отправиться с Термини (Напр., Неаполь, Помпеи), то тоже удобно. Что касается самого отеля и сервиса: Для просто переночевать вполне неплохо, да и цена доступная. Отель находится на 5 этаже жилого дома, ресепшн на 2 отеля. Дом напоминает старые московские, питерские дома, определенный колорит в этом есть, но в целом впечатление обшарпанности и неуютности постоянно не покидает. Несмотря на то, что в номере был санузел с душем, не покидало ощущение неубранности и неопрятности какого-то хостела. Крайне простой интерьер, мебель и т.п. Предоставляется бесплатный завтрак в кафе за углом, в который входит кофе на выбор и круасан на выбор. В общем, если цель - просто переночевать и сэкономить, то вполне нормально. Если хочется прочувствовать римский колорит, то Вам не сюда.

최악. 조식 선택하고 갔는데도 조식 안줌. 결정적으로 영어를 할 줄 아는 직원이 없음

최악최악최악. 분명 조식 선택하고 한국에서 결재하고 갔는데 영어를 못하는 직원이 자기네 호텔엔 조식 서비스가 없다고 우겨서 2박 3일 일정 내내 조식 못챙겨 먹음. 체크아웃 하러 갔다가 다른 직원에게 마지막으로 조식 서비스 없는게 확실하냐고 물으니까 있다고 함.(나는 호텔스닷컴에 따지려고 마지막으로 물어본건데...) 첫날 직원이 영어를 할 줄 몰라서 없다고 한거였음. 그래서 "그때 그 직원의 실수냐"고 물었는데 끝까지 미안하다거나 실수를 인정하지 않고 조식 교환권만 줌. 조식도 호텔 내부에 있는게 아니라 호텔 앞에 있는 카페에서 커피 한잔과 크로와상 한개를 주는게 전부임. 미안하다고만 했어도 이렇게 기분나쁘지 않았을텐데. 절대 인정안함. 결정적으로 이 호텔은 한개의 호텔이 아니라 여러개의 호텔이 함께 운영되는 형태인거 같음. 내가 예약한 호텔이 아니라 옆 동에 있는 호텔로 안내받음. 진짜 최악임. 다시는 로마 가고 싶지 않을 정도로 무례하고 거만함

Foi boa, considerando custo benefício, pois fica próximo da estação, não utilizamos táxi, tem um frigobar no quarto e a pessoa que nos recepcionou era bem gentil e atenciosa. O ponto negativo é internet, não funcionou bem nenhum dia. O café da manhã na lanchonete é simples só um café ou suco com um croissant, mas este é delicioso.
