Lovely rooms but a bit more attention to detail in regards to cleanliness. Booked the room for 2 nights & was suppose to include daily room clean.we we out of our room at the 10am cutoff yet when we returned no clean towels of cleaning done. Had to go & purchase toilet paper as no one @ reception. Only saw one receptionist at check-in & nobody there @ check-out !

Centrally located which made it easy to walk to the major landmarks. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The air conditioning was also a big plus as it was very hot when we were there.

Wifi connection in the room was unable. Room was very run down. Laundry and equipment left all over main area all day and evening. Light fixtures falling out, sink didn’t drain, tv remote didn’t work, baseboards falling off, etc. Room was damp, even with air conditioning unit.

Marzia was a huge help and was very responsive with any questions I sent her way. The place is in a super location, next to restaurants and bars but I still got a good nights sleep as I wasn’t affected by any sounds at night. I would happily stay here again.

The room was extremely hot from the moment we received the keys and throughout our stay no solution provided by property manager the air conditioning did not work at all she offered us a refund will see if that happens. Our stay for our family was awful never experienced anything like this from any booking with Expedia in over 25 years.

Great location but loud

The location was perfect, steps away from many restaurants and shops and Piazza Navona. The only bad thing is how loud the restaurants and bars were until after 2am every night. The room was very clean and the staff members were very nice, but the beds were super hard and uncomfortable.

Nice clean place. Very hospitable staff.

The location was ideal! The room was nice, clean, spacious, and overall great. Only downside was the noise from the night life outside, it wasn’t terrible but worth mentioning as a heads up. Use earplugs for those particularly sensitive to noise. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Very clean and appears to be newly renovated. Very close to coffee shops, restaurants, convenient stores gelaterias. Espresso machine in the room and supplied with a pod for each person every day. Only complaints is it's noisy from people in the restaurants if you leave your window open and needs more counter space in the washroom.

This place is the PERFECT STAY centered in the middle of everything, from this location you can walk to almost all important monuments and sights. Also, this place is super fresh, clean, modern without taking the charm of the history of the area. I recommend this place a 100%.
