The Tuscolano neighbourhood is located in the southeast of Rome, close to the Aurelian Walls. This area sees the presence of many different architectural styles. The historic centre is only a few stops away. The apartment (2nd floor with elevator) sits in a condominium with a garden and concierge and features vintage 1970s furnishings. Layout: large entrance hall, roomy living room with balcony overlooking the quiet courtyard, separate kitchen, corridor leading to one bedroom and a bathroom. Generous room sizes and peaceful views make this a comfortable base for exploring Rome. Parking available on request.

The living room has a sofa bed, a television corner and a dining table with 4 chairs. Furniture, lamps and pictures complete the living room furnishings. There is air conditioning system in the living room.

The bedroom has a double bed (160 cm x 190 cm), bedside tables and a large wardrobe. The room has an air-conditioning system. From the bedroom you access the balcony.
