You simply cannot ask for a better host or location than Alessandra’s apartment located in the heart of EVERYTHING you want to see, do or eat in the center of Rome! Alessandra is not only the most responsive host we’ve ever had on any VRBO we’ve ever stayed at, she handled ALL of the arrangements for our transportation from Rome airport to her flat and from her flat to the cruise port in Civitavecchia. Her apartment was modern, spacious, and clean AND the bed was SO comfortable! All the tourist attractions are within easy walking distance and dozens of authentic eateries and shopping boutiques are within a 5-minute walk from the apartment. We will definitely stay there again. Worth every Euro!

Alessandra was a wonderful host. Very responsive to all of my emails. The property is very comfortable and well located in Rome. When you go, make sure to eat at the Black Market at the end of the street.

Clean apartment, great location to start your sightseeing days in Rome! Communication was great throughout, check in process super easy and was provided a digital code to get in. I saw some other reviews mention noisy neighbors (?) but the two nights we stayed here we never experienced any noise issues at all. Many folks mentioned the size of the bathroom/shower, which is on the small side but it’s clearly laid out in the description . As long as you know that going into it. Great stay for us!

Rome stay

Great little property exactly like the listing on the website. As mentioned in previous reviews, the shower is small but functional. Bed is super comfy! Great location too, so close to the Metro station - just a 4-5 minute walk. The area has plenty of bars and restaurants but the apartment itself was so quiet! Alessandra was very helpful and responsive. Check-in process was very easy. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location

The location was great. We found the ammenities a little lacking...no kleenex, no facecloths. The bathroom is fine for handwashing but very small. The bathroom is quirky. Took us a while to figure out the door to the toilet area can also close off the kitchen area, to the hallway bathroom can become a closed in area...otherwise the small shower is in the hallway.Visible surfaces are well cared for, but don't look under the bed or couch.A quirky, but interesting place to stay.

The location is perfect for walking to all the sites, many cafes and restaurants close by, unit is very secure and felt safe at this location. Shower is very small but that was in the units description so we expected that. The bed was comfortable with the only exception was it dips in the center. We would use the property again.Unit has a washer and dryer which was a must for us since we arrived in Rome from a 16nt transatlantic cruise so we need laundry.

Great little escape

This is a sweet little apartment that is perfect for just one or two people. It’s small, but it has everything you need, including a washer and dryer, and beats a hotel room. Within a 15 to 20 minute walk (realistically) from most major sites and near shopping and restaurants. The street is quiet with many of the nearby units also being VRBOs and seemingly frequented by Americans and Canadians.Alessandra was great with communication and let us get in early to drop our luggage off. She also made check in and check out a breeze, and checked in with us to make sure everything was okay, or if we needed anything.Couple of things to note: the shower is super tiny - don’t drop your soap or you’ll be opening the door just to bend down and pick it up (LOL). The washer and dryer were a blessing for us because we’d just gotten off a 15-day transatlantic cruise and desperately needed to do some laundry. It took forever because the cycles are long, but we aren’t complaining. There was a large bottle of water in the refrigerator, which was much appreciated. We weren’t a fan of the sheets, which were too scratchy for our taste; or the pillows, which were a bit hard, but that is generally personal preference.I’d highly recommend this to anyone visiting Rome and wanting a place that makes you feel like you are a part of the city and in the midst of it all.

Quiet, complete, and very well located

This little apartment had everything we needed, kitchenette, separate bedroom, new interior, very private. It is easy walking distance from the Coliseum and the Forum with good restaurants nearby. But the best was how incredibly quiet it was. We couldn't even hear sirens or helicopters on the weekend of the Pope's funeral (there were many). The apartment is located on a pedestrian only alley. The host Alessandra is a good communicator and speaks English.

Perfect location! Sleeping was peaceful, until the morning when the upstairs apartment moved at all. Seems to be to insulation to block noise from the upstairs. Overall, amazing stay.

Passing through Rome

My husband and I spent a few days in Rome before traveling to Palermo. The rental was just as described. Everything you needed was there and very clean. Many shops and restaurants/cafes are within walking distance. Yes, the shower and sink/toilet area are small, but we were able to make do. I was happy to have the washer/dryer available for use, our travel clothes were fresh and ready for the next adventure. Alessandra was helpful in giving us information to arrange a private golf cart tour, which was great as we were able to see many of the sights with a wonderful guide. I was happy with our stay.
