Guests have the entire apartment exclusively at their disposal.

You will receive the keys (main entrance and apartment door) and return them upon departure.

There are no fixed check‑in or check‑out times—just the usual condominium etiquette! The apartment is available from 3:00 PM on the arrival day.

Early check‑in may be possible if requested and confirmed beforehand.

If arrival is between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM, a €20 surcharge applies.

If arrival is between 10:00 PM and midnight, a €50 surcharge applies.

Guests must vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM on the departure day, unless otherwise agreed when booking.

No outside guests are allowed unless registered at booking. No one may stay overnight beyond the number of guests in the reservation.

Please turn off lights, air conditioning, fans, and other appliances when not in use. Thank you!
