Our flight was delayed and we missed the office hours however, the staff walk us through remote check-in. The property is very clean and newly renovated/upgraded. Multiple cafe and seafood restaurants on the other side of the building. The area is quiet and safe.

Quaint hotel room with a beautiful bathroom and a view to the street. The service was excellent and great as they arrange for an early morning taxi for us. The area was awesome with the beach close by and great restaurants walking distance. Loved this hotel and short distance from airport. I highly recommend especially if you need an overnight for a flight the next day.

Room information folder needs updating to reflect reality. Staff could have better knowledge of airport transfer options, given the proximity to the airport - rather than "just a taxi at 25 eur for a 4km ride".

they switched our room to a building that was not a hotel that was far from place we booked. Air Conditioning did not work and it was so hot we couldn't sleep. Communication was non existent. lots of stairs and dingy hallways. Worst place we ever stayed in. We were supposed to receive a breakfast voucher they said they would leave on the table for us...sent us a photo of it that was taken elsewhere pretending it was taken in our unit. Total bait and switch operation.

Staff was very nice and very accommodating. I didn’t know it was on a first floor of a building, it was last minute and didn’t see the notes. It’s a charming older style building but no elevator. The front desk did get us help as we had big suitcases to carry up and were super friendly, also told us they had other rooms with elevator in a different property had they known. Front desk did help schedule a departing taxi and pre arranged for driver to help with suitcases which was very thoughtful and also left a bagged breakfast snack since we left before breakfast at 7. The rooms were small but clean and updated. The area was pleasant with many nice restaurants and shops along the river to choose from and great nightlife atmosphere, safe to walk around along the marina. All in all a great experience and would choose again.

When we got there it was dark. Had no idea a luxury hotel would not have someone there 24/7. They said they were trying to call us but we were in flight from Los Angeles. They only use WhatsApp. We do not use that. Just call me or email me. There was no sign . Just a dark building on a dark street. Not welcoming one to a new country. Imagine getting to a place and being dropped off by an urber and having no one there . You’re just stuck with your luggage. After some calls we found out the keys were in a lock box . The second bed was very small more like a child’s bed. I was traveling with my sister. The bed was way too small for me to be comfortable. Especially after a 14 hr flight. In the morning we were to transfer to Venice. The kitchen was set up for breakfast, the food juices and coffee were laid out. However they would not let us take something to go with us to the airport as they were not open for a half hr. We had to get to the airport. Therefore another “luxury gone”. I would never recommend this property. This was not an inexpensive property. It was not worth the. money . I am very disappointed. It make me think twice about using hotels.com in the future or recommend them.

Little hidden gem

Excellent lil find tucked away from craziness of tourist part of Roma. Safe area, plenty lil dining options. Great service from staff. Only about 10-15 min from FCO. Would def recommend.

It's not what it seems...

The photos are very nice, but the reality is not. Terrible staircase to get to the first floor with extremely narrow entrance doors. The water dispenser has no bottle. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was broken. There is no towel rack. Dangerous step to enter the room. The most valuable thing is the location.

We loved where it was located and how the space was cute and clean. The shower never got very warm but that is the only complaint we have. Maybe it ran out of hot water
