Hotel was close to Termini station. Check in went well and the overall condition of the room was good, albeit basic. However, the AC was not powerful enough to cool down the room and the ceiling fan did not work. There was also no complimentary breakfast as advertised other than cookies and coffee in the room.

La realidad es que la propiedad tenia problemas con su aire acondicionado y tampoco funcionaba el abanico de techo que tenían, lo cual afecto bastante nuestro estadía, fuera de esto todo aceptable. Como también al no contar con Servicio de resguardo de equipaje (No son un hotel) esto complico mas la situación.

Quarto limpo e boa localização, mas não foi especificado nada sobre o estilo do café da manhã e quando chegamos (mesmo tendo pago o café antes pelo Hotéis.com) eles disseram que não tínhamos direito e foi uma briga pra conseguir resolver isso. No segundo dia, nosso chuveiro parou de funcionar a água quente e como não tem ninguém lá 24h, tivemos que tomar um banho gelado. A noite foi resolvido, mas passamos o resto da estadia preocupados com acordar para tomar banho e ter que tomar banho frio, sendo que estava na faixa de 5-10 graus o clima.
