No real complaints. Hotel was nice and staff were friendly. It was very hot and the air conditioner was adequate but would only run when we were in the room so it took a long time to cool off the room. I know that’s common in hotels, but during hot weather I wish they. Oils make exceptions. Good location

A Few Days in Rome

Great location halfway between Termini and the Colosseum. East walk to metro. Lots of restaurants within a ten-minute walk. Nice room, with good front desk staff. Slow elevator, but they have on.

This hotel was perfect for our city break. It’s a short walk to most of the main tourist attractions. On the same street there is an abundance of really nice restaurants and cafes. The room was perfectly clean and the cleaners done a great job each day. We required a late check in and the hotel sent very simple and straightforward instructions to allow us to get into our room. If you’re looking for a hotel in a great location to explore the city I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Very comfortable hotel with great staff, nice rooftop breakfast area. Room was big enough for the three of us for a few nights, clean, well air-conditioned, and reliable wifi. Location is great, lots of really good restaurant options right there. Laundry service and a grocer very close, too. Easy walk to the Colosseum, Roma Termini, metro station, and bus stops. Would stay here again!

The room was lovely and clean. The bed was fine for me but my husband found it a bit uncomfortable. The breakfast was rather basic, but having breakfast on the roof top was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was excellent.

La locación de este pequeño hotelito es maravillosa, en el corazón de Monti. Llegas hay una puerta grande tocas un código y entras y hay en pasillo grande que te lleva a un elevadorcito que tarda mucho para llegar a su destino para solo 2 adultos o 1 adulto con maletas. En el 2 piso recepción. La recepcionista Leslie fue muy amable y atenta y trato de resolver todo en nuestra estadía aunque muchas cosas sin solución.Nuestra habitación era una de las más caras que se encuentran en el 4to piso junto al área de desayuno donde desde las 6:30am comienzan a trabajar 😔 la Habitación tenía una terraza pero dentro era muy pequeña, las sábanas de la cama al igual que las toallas son lijas y aquel aire acondicionado no enfriaba pasamos calor. El Baño con las antiguas, antihigiénicas y peligrosas bañaderas me gané un resbalón entrando y aún conservo tremendo morado en la rodilla. Higiene de la habitación muy mala el primer día se me ocurrió caminar descalza y mis pies eran negros, después me di cuenta que nunca limpiaban el piso ni los muebles el polvo tremendo, solo tender la cama y cambiar toallas que una vez nos dejó sin toallas y cuando llegué a la noche tuve que ir a pedir. Roma es una ciudad magnífica nada empañó nuestro viaje.

The hotel was fine but not really worth the money. I don’t think the rating is deserved. Location was good (pasta Urbana across the street was amazing). Staff were very nice, they called us a cab to the airport and came down to make sure we got it. Air conditioner was very noisy and made it hard to sleep. Room was fairly small (although the bathroom was large, almost the same size as the room). We were on the top floor by the breakfast area which was a bit of a pain, they prepare quite early and can wake us up. There is also no entry way so if you open the door you’re practically in the kitchen and anyone can see your whole room. The breakfast itself was fairly disappointing. They only provide one key card which is irritating if you are traveling with someone else. The elevator is very small (standard in the area) and very slow (takes over a minute and a half to go to the 4th (top) floor.

Getting there wasn't easy but once you find it, the hotel was very nice. Very nice staff, fun, safe, lively area with lots of shopping, dining and close to many big sites. Rooms were kept very clean and it appeared safe in the area. Highly recommend. The only issue we had was finding the hotel the first time and in the entry there was a bad smell.

HORRIBLE HOTEL

Hotel was dirty upon entry, found clothes from previous customer, shower doors broken, bugs in the room, mold growing in the shower, breakfast is definitely not worth the 15 euro per person per day, got locked out of hotel for 5 hrs we had to sleep in the lobby of the sister hotel (major hotel) because they were unable to help us until 7am and when we asked our hotel (Relais monti) they could not accommodate us or reimburse us in anyway. Very bad customer service and unprofessional Rooms are definitely not sound proof got woken up to breakfast lady making a lot of noise outside our door

Perfect stopover

Just to confirm we stayed at the smaller hotel - there are two of the same name 50 yards apart. Very friendly welcome and good advice. Brilliant location as could walk from station and then down to colosseum. Restaurants, supermarkets, deli etc. very close.
