I really enjoyed my stay at the Relais. The room was clean, and an extra sleeping space was added for my son. The AC (heating) gets toasty when needed. Shower was great. The bed was comfortable. I got the room with a terrace- very nice! Colosseum and other attractions were a short walking distance. The Monti District is safe and so has so may restaurants and stores nearby. There is a laundry business steps from the hotel. Reception and hospitality staff were friendly, amazing and accommodating.
Beautiful, safe, neighborhood
Pasta Imerial is right around the corner. Great food and price is good.

The toilet was broken and the windows wouldn’t open contacted the desk. He came up and said the toilet was fine. Yeah, you could see the button was pushed in and wouldn’t flush. I ended up fixing it myself… Broke again went to the front desk he said the afternoon guy would look after he couldn’t leave. The property was clean easy to find convenient to get around typical European Small.

Hotel was in a really handy location a short walk from the colosseum. Room and bathroom were spacious, and loved the little terrace. I found the bed comfortable but my partner didn’t as there was only one flat pillow, so he didn’t get good sleep. There was also an issue with the toilet that ran water constantly making quite a lot of noise, and the heated towel rack in the bathroom wouldn’t turn off so the bathroom was quite hot all the time. Overall a good stay, and I would recommend the hotel!

The room was comfortable and the staff was always helpful. The elevator was greatly appreciated. The roof top was nice for an evening of relaxing talk and drink.
