We were met at the door the day we checked in. We climbed three flights of stairs, grueling with luggage. Place was in a great area, easy to access. We were left one set of towels for 6 days. The air in our room didn’t work had to sleep with the windows open, and very noisy but nice knowing we were in Rome, Italy. Several little stores around our location, restaurants and La Romana, the best Gelato, in walking distance. The apartment was cute and comfortable. We had what we needed. Would stay again.

It was nice to have 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The bedrooms are a nice size with closet space. Even though the bathrooms are fully functional, they are quite small. I didn't realize so many people in Rome smoked, so the apartment smelled like smoke the entire time. 😒 Communication was good with mgmt. There are restaurants nearby, but you can hear the street noise from them at night.

De los tres contactos de emergencia que teníamos no contestó ninguno, un lunes a las 10 de la mañana. Cubiertos demasiado escasos y sin posibilidad de limpiarlos ya que no disponíamos ni de jabón ni estropajo

The room was spacious in an ok area near the termini station which was good. 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, with 2 smart tvs, perfect for families. But it wasn't that clean. The floor and the sheets were clean but the walls were very dirty. The kitchen table surface was damaged and it couldn't be clean. They should have changed it since it was an IKEA table top that costs 10 euros. And they should have painted the walls. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The room would be better if somebody had spent some time repairing some things that wouldn't cost much.
