Lateranossa, San Giovannin basilikasta riippuvaisessa historiallisessa rakennuksessa sijaitsevaan huoneistoon mahtuu mukavasti kymmenen aikuista, jotka tarjoavat kaikenlaisia palveluita. Taidegalleria on kunnostettu ja kalustettu siten, että kauneuden tunne kuvaa vieraiden oleskelua. Huoneisto on säilyttänyt alkuperäiset ominaisuutensa, puulattiat, antiikkihuonekalut ja korkeat holvikatot on kunnostettu. Talon sisällä on näyttely kokoelma nykytaiteen maalauksia. Huoneistossa on ilmastointi, wifi, tallelokero. Se on jaettu kahteen kerrokseen: ensimmäisessä kerroksessa: 1 kahden hengen huone, pinnasänky 0–5-vuotiaille lapsille, 1 makuuhuone, jossa parisänky ja 1 yhden hengen sänky, 1 makuuhuone, jossa kolme erillistä vuodetta, olohuone, kirjasto, ruokapöytä , TV, vuodesohva kahdelle, keittiö, jossa on pesukone ja astianpesukone, kylpyhuone vesihierontasuihkulla, kylpyhuone suihkulla. Toiseen kerrokseen pääsee valokuvissa näkyvän veistosportaan kautta. Toisessa kerroksessa meillä on 11 huonetta, joissa 2 erillistä vuodetta, 1 lastenhuone, josta on näköala toisen kerroksen kahden hengen huoneeseen, ja kylpyhuone, jossa ei suihkua. Talossa on kaksi kylpyhuoneessa olevaa hiustenkuivaajaa, silityslauta, silitysrauta, pyyheliinat, kaikki astian ja vaatteiden puhdistukseen ja pesuun tarvittavat työkalut ja tuotteet.
Tämä huoneistohotelli on saanut mahtavaa palautetta alueen nähtävyyksistä. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Colosseum. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden yleisissä tiloissa ja pyykinpesutilat. Huoneistossa tarjoaa asiakkaille ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Great stay close to the Colosseum

We had a great time staying at this appartment located very close to the Colosseum. The cafes and restaurants near this place are great but please book in advance as they were pretty popular among both tourists and locals. One of the beds was a little hard to our liking, though we slept well nevertheless. Would definitely visit again!

I feel people should know a few things so that they can make good decisions for their group. First after a day of travel, we met the host and were told that we needed to pay 600 Euros,cash for taxes, they agreed to wait which was nice, so I got it to them the next day. In all my correspondences I was paid in full, so you might want to check before you go to be prepared. The other thing is that the upstairs bedrooms can only be accessed by a very small spiral staircase. The upstairs rooms also open into the kitchen and a lower bedroom, like a loft, so not much privacy. Also they have no regular doors, and the entrances are about waist high, the hall ceiling is enough for a 5'5 person to walk upright in the middle. If you have a older crowd this maybe impossible for them. Luckily, we had some 30 somethings that were strong enough to get luggage upstairs and willing to crawl into their rooms. I would say the biggest problem with this space are the beds, most are like sleeping on the floor. One queen and a couple of the twins are reasonable, the rest are rock hard, some worse than others. We had a very sore sleep deprived group of 10, which made it much harder to really enjoy the trip. The other discomfort was the dinning room chairs that tip you forward and are very uncomfortable. We used the folding chairs. It is a great location, and has plenty of bathrooms, but it has exaggerated some of it's amenities. No hot tub, save the suit, and bring some memory foam.

The facilities were not in good condition and the amenities lacked comfort. The salon had little seating with the only chair which was leather was ripped in several places. Two bedroom chairs were broken and unusable. The floors had dust bunnies visible in the corners of all rooms as well as under beds. The bedroom mattress in one room was like sleeping on a board.Many of the walls were dirty and the towels were plentiful but scratchy. Refrigerator leaked water on the floor constantly. Construction on first floor below us began at 7:30 am which wasn’t ideal for vacation ing wake up!Host interaction was fine. We didn’t complain about any of this because we didn’t want repairs made while we were on the premise.This wasn’t worth the money we paid to stay.

There was an issue with the electricity resulting in us having no hot water or laundry cabability for that day. Host was not able to rectify the situation until the next day and has failed to provide any type of compensation for the services we paid for but did not receive for an entire day

Host knew of issue before we arrived. Have pictures and have documentation

Mold in bathroom stall. Only chairs not usable. Had to get folding dusty ones under stairs behind vacume mops and brooms. Host acknowledged our problem and was already aware of issue but pretty much it. Documented edocumentation and pictures for reference

Pourquoi doit on mettre un titre ?

Nous étions 10 adultes dans l'appartement, assez de place pour tous dans la salle à manger, mais il ne faudrait pas une personne de plus. L'appartement est très bien situé à 15 minutes à pied du Colisée. On peut reprocher la mauvaise isolation sonore, puisqu'on entend les bruits de la rue la nuit dans les chambres.Il est noté 3 salles de bain dans le descriptif, celle située à l'étage ne comporte qu'un lavabo, un bidet et un wc. Il n'y a pas de bain à remous comme indiqué, mais une douche à remous qu'on a jugé préférable de ne pas faire fonctionner, car elle semble entartree et que le débit d'eau est très faible voire inexistant quand l'autre douche fonctionne, avec une eau chaude très aléatoire. A noter des légères fuites d'eau dans plusieurs wc. 2 remarques sur le matériel, on peut espérer plus de 5 cuillères à café quand on arrive à 10, et on ne sait pas si la machine à café fonctionne puisqu'il fallait des filtres à café papier et qu'il n'y en a ni dans l'appartement ni dans les magasins. La cafetière itali.Pour une semaine on s'adapte, mais un petit effort du propriétaire serait bienvenu.D'ailleurs Lia ? Pas vue, c'est peut-être IA, on ne sait pas. Une personne très sympathique est venue nous accueillir et nous faire découvrir l'appartement puis on a vu un monsieur qui m'a tendu silencieusement un papier indiquant la somme restante à payer en liquide, ce qui n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce. Il parlait une langue des signes que j'ai plus ou moins réussi à interpréter.

Wonderful stay

This was our family’s second stay - it was just as wonderful as the first. Communication with the property manager is great. The location makes it easy to see all the sites, get to the metro, and the train isn’t far. There’s plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby as well. Plenty of beds. It’s a comfortable, beautiful stay. I’m sure we will book again the next time we want to see Rome.

Very beautiful property! Close to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and Wedding Cake. Two three-person bedrooms and one two-person bedroom downstairs, and an upstairs with two rooms for two small children in each. The dining room also has a sofa with a fold out bed. The location was formerly an art museum...there are beautiful paintings on the walls. 2 bathrooms with showers downstairs and a half bathroom upstairs. Hosts were very informative and helpful! There is a full kitchen and washer for clothes. There is also a cafe in front of the building with delicious food, coffee, and spirits.

They stoled our bag and we left the next day

Terrible experience they stoled our bag at the place the day we got there. The A/C was not working and we left the place after one night of stay we could not stay there any longer as we felt so unsafe. Not recommended

Property was Dirty

This property did not meet what I would expect a VRBO's expectations to be. The bathrooms had mold, the towels smelled of stale cigarettes, and some of the twin beds had hair on the sheets and had dirt on them. A cleaning crew came after our first night to redo our beds and towels, but the host was rude about meeting this expectation. Keep looking, I would not stay at this property!!!

lots of room for 9 family members. close to colisseum, st. johns bassilica and metro. air conditioning great as it was very hot. overall a nice 5 days.

10 minute walk to Colosseum. Close to other attractions. Lots of restaurants nearby. Plenty big. Owner very nice. Great community. Was able to arrange transportation for us from airport.
