The Space:

A welcoming apartment for up to 5 guests, set across two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed and a sofa bed, comfortable for a couple or a small family; the second bedroom has a single bed, ideal for an extra guest. There is one bathroom, a separate kitchen fully equipped with oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and cookware, and a dining area for shared meals. A laptop-friendly corner makes it easy to work or plan your days. Air conditioning, heating, a TV and fast Wi-Fi complete the comfort of this honest, practical home in the heart of San Lorenzo.



Guest Access:

The apartment is on the 4th floor of the building and is served by a lift, so reaching the door is quick and easy. Guests have full, independent access to the entire apartment for the duration of the stay. Check-in is self-service via access code, available 24/7. Check-in instructions, including the access code, are sent on the day of check-in, once the apartment is ready and the conditions are met: online form completed with full and correct data and documents uploaded; city tax paid. Early check-in must be requested by 18:00 the day before; if approved, instructions are sent on the morning of the check-in day after 9:00, provided the conditions are met. Confirmation is subject to availability.



The Neighborhood:

San Lorenzo is one of Rome's most authentic and vibrant neighbourhoods, just behind Termini station and next to the Sapienza university. Known for its lively, bohemian spirit, it is packed with traditional trattorias, craft pizzerias, wine bars, cafés and independent shops, making it a favourite with students and locals alike. The monumental Verano cemetery and the Basilica of San Lorenzo are nearby, while the historic centre and the main sights are a short ride away. A genuine slice of everyday Roman life.



Getting Around:

The location is very well connected. Termini, Rome's main transport hub, is within walking distance and links Metro lines A and B, countless bus lines, regional and high-speed trains, and the Leonardo Express to Fiumicino airport. Trams and buses serving San Lorenzo make it easy to reach the historic centre and the university area. From here you can explore much of the city quickly and conveniently, on foot or by public transport.

Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed by default. If needed, they must be requested by 18:00 the day before; confirmation is subject to availability.



The apartment is on the 4th floor and served by a lift.



There is no washing machine inside the apartment; a coin laundry is available in the neighbourhood.



Cleaning: the apartment is delivered clean and sanitised before your arrival.



Luggage storage: available at Via della Madonna dei Monti 24, 9:00–17:30.



Beds: by default prepared for the minimum number needed for the booked guests. Different configurations must be requested in advance.

Towels: one set per booked guest (body towel + face towel). Replacement towels available after 3 nights of stay.

Cleaning during the stay: for stays of at least 10 nights, one free cleaning on request after the first 5 nights. Additional cleanings available at a charge (same rate applied at booking).
