Fully equipped apartment near the Trevi Fountain. On the top floor of an elegant condominium with lift, it is spread over three floors. The first floor has a living room with fireplace, 1 sofa, 1 sofa / bed, dining area and equipped kitchen. The second 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The third includes a terrace for exclusive use overlooking Rome. Services: AC, shared heating, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, boiler, hairdryer, ironing board, linen.

Good location, okay apartment

The location is very good, walking distance to many key sites and restaurants. The apartment is okay, not great. The main issue was no hot water. The host was responsive, informed us the building administrator stated no issue with hot water. After 20 minutes of running water, only got to Luke warm. Had a chilly shower. In afternoon same thing, after 30 minutes finally got warm. Checked out a day early, paid for both days, informed host, no response. Did not expect a refund, but a response or sorry would have been appreciated.

5 Days in Rome

Found property to be perfectly located in Rome. Trevi Fountain is literally just around the corner. The Spanish Steps and Parthenon are within easy walking distance. Coliseum and the Roman Forum are also walkable from this location. Easy cab ride to the Vatican. The main train station is close enough to schedule day trips - we did a day trip to Florence via the high-speed train. Many restaurants and gelato stand's line the street making dinner or a snack quite simple after a long day of touring Rome. The 3rd floor terrace provided a great place to sit in the evening.

Perfect place to fall in love with Rome

Location is perfect. Once indoors the hustle and bustle of Rome disappears and even sitting on the tiny roof terrace is peaceful. I couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else in Rome. The check in process was the best ever. Great diamond in the rough.

A week in Rome

We were very pleased with the apartment overall, although it appeared a little smaller than the photos suggested. The ensuite has been totally refurbished since the photos were taken too, and the walk shower was ideal for us. We didn’t use the roof terrace as it was too small for the 4 of us but it was nice to go up an look at the view. The location could not have been better - right in the heart of the tourist spots- ideal! Communication with our host via WhatsApp was an easy and efficient way to ask any questions we had and receive quick reply’s. I would highly recommend!!

Great location and lovely stay

We loved the location and the building and courtyard were lovely. Apartment was perfect for us and exactly as described. Quiet despite being right in the middle of everything. We loved having an elevator as well, since we brought a stroller with us. As typical with European apartments, there is not a ton of extra space for suitcases to be out in the open - would need to use the closet space. If you need to use the sofa bed too, the space could get a little tight. But for us, it was a perfect.

Steps to Trevi fountain, lots of dining right on the street. Great property for two couples. Air conditioning worked great, once we figured out how to set the cooling mode. Beds very comfortable, only thing I would suggest is a bit of shading on the terrace for late day sun. Can’t go wrong with this property, the temp AC unit in the living room was a nice unexpected surprise

Great little place within walking distance of just about everything

Great little apartment in the heart of beautiful Rome. The only negative I would have to say is that it lacked in your basic amenities. I could not find extra towels, coffee, or your basic. Every day needs a traveler would want.

Slice of Heaven in a touristy spot

This apartment was just perfect! We stayed with my husband, 13 month old and my parents. It was the best location to be able to walk out the door and get to all the major locations within minutes! However it is veryyyy busy but once you step inside the door you would never know it! There’s a gorgeous garden area that is so quiet you don’t even know you’re in a city! My daughter loved the turtles! The apartment was clean and nice and the roofdeck was just perfect for drinks after the baby went to bed! We loved this space!

Hot and Small

This apartment was in a great location, right in the midst of all the action, which made it very convenient for touring, and would have been very nice if it were just my husband and 1 or 2 kids, but we had 2 tall teens and an 11 year old and with that the apartment got really small. Because the downstairs bed was already made up there was no where for all of us sit downstairs. The whole apartment is VERY tight, the pictures are a bit deceiving and with no AC downstairs and very sheer curtains, the downstairs stays unbearable in the heat of the summer and the upstairs is too small to hang out in. We had an issue with the electricity going out and due to the high heat we had to scramble to get a different place to stay for our family and thankfully the owner was kind enough to work with us. This apartment would have been so much better in the fall/winter and with fewer people.

Great flat in a tourist area

We enjoyed the flat a lot. It’s spacious and the rooftop is such a perk! It was very clean and has a great layout for a family. Note that only the 2 bedrooms upstairs have AC and that the stairs are very steep between the two floors of the apartment. It’s also important to know that the flat is just a few blocks from Trevi Fountain so it is extremely crowded and touristy in this area. There are shops and markets close by, though and even some high end shops.

Very hot

The airconditioner works only upstairs in this property, so if you are traveling during summer and with family, the person who will be sleeping on the first floor will be VERY uncomfortable and hot. The little fan isn't helpful when outside is more than 40 degrees Celsius. The location is great!

Perfect Place!

This is the perfect place for your stay in Rome! Aside from the great location right by Trevi Fountain, it has amazing rooftop views, comfortable beds and living areas, and super close to supermarket, restaurants, and shops! The hosts were wonderful and sent us info for check in before arrival and responded quickly with any questions. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family visiting Rome. ❤️

Beautiful Hideaway in City Center

Centrally located, this property was a beautiful hideaway for us to relax and enjoy in the midst of the chaos that is Rome during the summer months. Sabrina arranged our transport with a private shuttle service, and the directions to enter the property were detailed and easy to understand. Although our stay was short - we felt at home here. It was the perfect place to sleep after our long flight. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. And in the evening on the rooftop we enjoyed some wine and a charcuterie platter that we bought at a local gourmet shop. There was also a great grocery store nearby where we purchased water and other necessities. Unfortunately, we were not able to enjoy Rome the way we had wanted - one of my friends had her handbag stolen while sitting outside at a restaurant within the first few hours after arriving. So, much of our stay was spent going to the police station and the embassy. Of course this has nothing to do with the property, but the reason I mention is because Sabrina was very helpful in providing suggestions on where to go to file the report, etc. That said, the location is perfect. I have been to Rome several times, and if you plan on visiting the major sites, this is the place to be. And as I mentioned, once inside the property you feel like you have stepped in from the chaos into a peaceful oasis. I would stay here again, and would recommend to others. The property and its amenities are as described. Thank you!

Great location!

We loved our stay at this apartment. It was a super cute apartment! The location was awesome. Just steps away from Trevi Fountain so we walked by it all the time. Very central location to all other major landmarks in Rome. We had so much fun drinking of the rooftop terrace at night. Overall great 3 day stay in Rome!
