lots of amenities not working at all, as other reviews said there was no free wifi at all. The electric hob also did not work making it very difficult to cook food. floors are very dirty, clearly not cleaned very often. There was also no remote for the air con in the kitchen/ living room so expect it to be the same temperate as outside. staff were not very helpful and told us they would only provide check in details upon arrival to the property and they could not seem to help with any of the issues that were present such as no wifi or working hob. would not recommend.

The guest room is in a decent location. My issue is that when I booked the guest room, the listing showed a double bed with a headboard. What I got was actually a sofa bed. The number on Expedia gave me another number to contact, to which I had to provide my passport, and talk about paying the traveller's tax. I found this experience stressful and very uncomfortable. I did not enjoy the place, and I checked out immediately. I was not impressed. Instead of meeting in person, they will communicate only via WhatsApp, and this gets very frustrating and annoying, especially when they send multiple messages in a row while I am trying to enjoy my holiday. If you can look elsewhere I would say do it.

Overall, the stay had both positives and negatives. One thing I highly recommend is contacting the number listed on Expedia well in advance before arriving. Communication can be difficult, and if you do not reach the hosts ahead of time, getting into the property may become stressful. The location was definitely the best part. It is walking distance to many restaurants and popular spots, about 20 minutes from the Colosseum and only a few minutes from several cafés and shops. Unfortunately, there was absolutely no WiFi during our stay, which was very disappointing because one of the main reasons I booked this place was specifically to have WiFi available for work. Also, there was only enough hot water for one person to shower comfortably before it ran cold. Overall, the location was convenient, but the lack of WiFi and limited hot water made the stay less comfortable than expected.

no wifi the whole stay, which means i couldn't work on my laptop which is the reason why I booked. He mentioned the wifi would work that night but it didn't work the whole entire trip. The room is divided by a board so you can hear who ever is in the next room very loud, which was inappropriate noises. The other guest in the room weren't appropriate nor respectful.

Al nostro arrivo abbiamo avuto un inconveniente con le chiavi in quanto non si trovavano. Siamo rimasti diverso tempo fuori la struttura con le valigie cercando di capire il problema. Alla fine è venuto fuori che la nostra prenotazione non risultava in quanto la struttura non collabora con questo sito. Quindi abbiamo anche pagato soldi in più per una stanza che poi non era quella da noi scelta in quanto già occupata da altre due ospiti. E la stanza che ci è stata data non era delle più accoglienti.
