The pros location, location, great restaurants, easy getting around. The cons if you are going to stay more than two days, you better take your own towels. They give you one towel and one hand cloth per individual.

It was the perfect home for our family of four. It was our first time traveling to Italy. We did not want to stay in a hotel especially with our teens. We all need our space and the suit was perfect. We had a kitchen and the best part a nice size refrigerator to have our cold drinks and food as well as a dinning table to eat with enough room. As soon as we walked out of the apartment suit there was so many options to eat within walking distance and stores to shop. We felt safe and very welcomed. We felt like we were in the middle of all the main attractions within walking distance. Our plan is to go back to Italy sometime again and we would book our stay here again. Also a big thank you to our host for always being in call for to answer all our questions.

Cuidado!!! La peor experiencia en mi vida!!! En toda mi vida nunca había tenido una experiencia tan desagradable...Antes de reservar leí en la publicación que se podía ingresar en la noche con un costo extra, se mandaban la indicaciones para acceder de manera autónoma, por lo que decidí reservar, además de que el lugar aparecía como disponible para reservar. Sin embargo nunca me llegaron las indicaciones para acceder, cuando finalmente pude contactarme por teléfono con la persona encargada, está fue sumamente grosera y poco atenta, no nos quiso mandar las instrucciones para ingresar, ni hacer el reembolso, lo cuál es literalmente un robo. Tuvimos que buscar esa noche otro hotel y perder nuestro dinero, tengan mucho cuidado con esta propiedad debido a que es un robo y la atención es pésima

Si la localisation est excellente, le confort de l’hébergement est très médiocre. Le canapé lit est peu confortable. Faible isolation phonique. Logement globalement vétuste.

Bäder nicht voll nutzbar!

Die Lage des Apartments ist spitze. Spanische Treppe in 5min. Fontana di Trevi in 7 min. Metro Station in 6 min. Besser geht es wohl in Rom kaum. Der erste Eindruck ist beeindruckend. Sehr hohe Wände, toller Boden, wie ein Palazzo. Aber mann darf nicht auf die Details achten. Alles ziehmlich abgewohnt. Eine Renovierung ist sehr bald fällig. Das wirklich ärgerliche: eine der zwei Duschen ist so klein, dass sie nur von kleinsten Personen oder Kindern genutzt werden kann. Noch schlimmer aber: sobald man warmes Duschwasser einstellt tröpfelt das Wasser nur noch. Kein Druck mehr vorhanden. Somit sind die Duschen nicht nutzbar, ausser wenn man gerne mit Eiskaltem Wasser duscht. Für das Geld eine Zumutung. Eigentlich muss hotels.com hier einen refund machen. Die Betreiber waren nicht in der Lage das Problem innerhalb unseres Aufenthaltes von 5 Tagen zu lösen.
