The exclusive penthouse in Roses is an exceptional property with 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6/7 people, and offers unique views of the sea, giving you the opportunity to enjoy your meals or have a drink on the terrace while enjoying the surroundings. The accommodation consists of 120 m² of living space, as well as a 6 m² terrace on the first floor and another 10 m² terrace on the second floor.
This penthouse is equipped with an elevator for your comfort, terrace furniture and a large covered parking in the same building, completely closed and box type. In the living room, you will find a satellite television for your entertainment.
The kitchen is independent and fully equipped with modern appliances, including refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and toaster. Additionally, a clothes iron and washing machine are provided in the apartment for added convenience. Air-conditioning
The bedrooms have 2 double beds and another with 3 single beds, which can accommodate a group of up to 7 people. In addition, the penthouse offers two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, to satisfy the needs of all guests.
Sheets and towels are not included in the price of the reservation, you will have to bring them from home or with a supplement of €25 (full service) per person
