The large 17 m² terrace, equipped with all its furniture and a barbecue. It is the ideal place to enjoy panoramic sea and harbor views while relaxing or dining al fresco.



Apartment amenities include air conditioning in the living room and ceiling fans in the bedrooms, a clothes iron, television with satellite channels, and private outdoor parking in the same building, ensuring your comfort and convenience throughout your stay. .

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances: refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils and coffee maker.
