Studio Eli - right in the center

Small but completely equipped Studio in the heart of the old town of Rovinj. If you want to pay a small price and still enjoy the center of Rovinj to the full our Studio is the best choice. Tiny but well equipped Studio wants to welcome you during your exploration time in Rovinj. Kitchen with fridge, oven and cooker, air conditioner, cable TV. Bathroom has no separate shower, but the whole bathroom is used as shower (similar as box showers on ships). It is quite small so do not be surprised :) We accept less than 7 days booking out of season and to fill the gaps in between bookings. Possible monthly rent from October to March for 350 euros/month. For monthly rates the untility costs are not included (water and electricity).Please note, that the apartment does not include parking or garage space. However, we do offer reserved parking spot with payment abou 18 min walk away.

As being in the center of the old town, evething is close by, 20m to the grocery shop, 20 m to the restaurant, 100 m to the cafe bar, 200 m to the sea shore, 290 m to the beach.Rovinj does not have public transport, but we organize transfers from/to the airports (Pula, Rijeka, Zagreb, Trieste and other). The easiest and cheapest way ongetting around Rovinj is by bike. So we offer bike rental.
