Exceptional Hotel

Beautiful views from the balconly of hillsides with vineyards to the left and the Rhine river to the right. I had dinner at the hotel, it was excellent. The staff was incredibly helpful.

Beautiful views of the Rhine from our well appointed room. Outstanding staff and service. Great meals reasonably priced. Breakfast buffet (included) was excellent. The situation located on the Rhein River was stunning. Excellent food and very helpful staff, going well beyond the average. I did feel, however, that I was being made fun of as an American tourist.

Loved the room with Balcony with view of Rhine watching all the ships go by. Breakfast and lunch also very good. Walking distance to sightseeing boats. Recommend doing a day trip by boat to Bacharach and/ or St. Goar. Town very quiet compared to Rüdesheim. At least during week.

Marco checked us in, showed us to our room, and explained everything in the room. We had a beautiful view of the river and castle from our balcony. The restaurant food was great and Marco also took our order and sat down with us and answered every question about the area. The absolute best service I've ever had!!! Traditional style hotel on the banks of the Rhine. You can sit on the terrace and watch boats and barges all day. It would have been useful to have had tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Unaufdringlich sehr gastfreundlich.

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln, allerdings hatten wir auch die Deluxezimmerkategorie mit Klimaanlage gewählt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und nicht durchgelegen. Das Personal ist sehr gästeorientiert und freundlich. Unserem Hund wurde sofort eine Schale Wasser angeboten. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat eine große Auswahl von frischem Obst bis Rührei und auch das Restaurant hat sehr leckere Speisen.
