Preis-Leistung war ok. Schöner wäre eine Dusche gewesen. Teppichboden ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

Unsere Zimmer im Erdgeschoss haben alle keinen Teppich und teilweise nur Duschen. Wir hoffen, Sie auch in Zukunft wieder als Gast in unserem Hotel begrüßen zu dürfen. Unfreundlichkeit am Empfang überschattet alles

Die junge Dame am Empfang war sehr sehr unfreundlich. 2 Stunden später, als wir raus gingen hatte sie einen älteren Herren vorgeknüpft. Wir waren nicht die einzigsten anscheinend an dem Tag. 30.05.2017 Abends!

Nice n well located if you have a car

The hotel is really nice. The rooms clean and spacious. Spacious bathroom with a hairdryer :) If you come by car there is enough parking space right in front of the hotel. It is basically a few mins from shopping centers and just 7-8 mins from Ruhrkongresshalle. I would definitely recommend if somebody wants to have peace and quite at night and not too far away from the center. The only negative was a lack of a fridge in the room. But maybe I have not read the hotel description properly and was a bit surprised. Not a bit problem in winter since you can put your stuff requiring refrigerating out of the window ;) Overall would recommend for a short stay.
