I reserved a 2 twin beds to my family (4 people), however they offered 2 single beds. It was late night and my 2 daughters were sleepy, and the hotel mentioned that Expedia was not describing the details but for that hotel twin bed means single bed… I have never seen a twin bed becoming a single bed. A terrible experience.

タクシーは、駅前の乗り場まで歩いた方が早いと案内を受けたが、実際には、駅前のタクシー乗り場には一台もおらず。タクシー会社の配車センターに電話したところ、「そこには車はつけない。駅の反対側へ行ってほしい」と案内された。 結局ホテルを出てから、乗車したのは30分後。多少費用が掛かっても、ホテルで手配できるようにしてもらいたい。ホテル自体はとてもよかったのですが、この部分で、翌日の予定が大幅に狂って大変でした。
