I am writing to formally document several significant issues regarding our recent stay. While the host allowed an early check-in, the property was not in a habitable or accurately described state.Critical Utility Issues:No Water/Sanitation: A handyman was replacing the water heater upon arrival, but the cold water lines repeatedly cracked. He departed after 6:00 PM with the main water line turned off. We had no working toilets for 9 people and were forced to manually flush by pouring buckets of water into the basins.Continued Disruption: Repairs continued the following day, requiring the water to be shut off again, leaving us without facilities until we departed for the day at 1:00 PM.Misrepresentation of Amenities:Missing Hot Tub: The listing advertised a hot tub; none was present. Incomplete Kitchen: The advertised "second kitchen" lacked a refrigerator.Layout Non-Disclosure: The listing failed to mention that two bedrooms and a bathroom are only accessible by exiting the house and descending 19 outdoor stairs. With 4 children this was horrible. We would not have rented had this been in the description.Safety and Hygiene Concerns:Safety Hazards: The wood on the dock ladder was rotten/unstable. Outdoor electrical outlets were left uncovered. Outlet behind downstairs bed does not have a cover and has a water dripping mark. Outside stairs are broken and a tripping hazard.Kitchenware: Pots and pans were rustedI have photos of evidence for most things.

Utilized this perfect property as a staging area for a photo shoot we were trying to compose for a new boat model. While the weather did not cooperate fully, the property was fabulous
