Conciergerie injoignable et pas d'eau chaude

Pas d'eau chaude à notre arrivée (et pas de wifi mais idem dans la vallée). Tentative d'appel de la conciergerie aux heures d'ouverture, sur tous les numéros de portable, bureau, mail, Facebook, Instagram, mais ZERO réponse!Service déplorable. Dommage apparemment bien placé malgré la nécessité d'un rafraichissement des salles de bain (joints de douche).
