Fully renovated in 2022, the apartment features modern and comfortable furnishings throughout. The living and dining area serves as the heart of the space, offering a welcoming environment for relaxation and meals, with direct access to a balcony that opens onto a marvellous view of the sea. The first bedroom is equipped with 2 beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and is fitted with a fan for ventilation. The second bedroom also features 2 beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from air conditioning for added comfort. The kitchen is designed in an open layout and includes an oven, a dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, with Dolce Gusto capsules available as an extra. A boiler with a capacity of 50 litres is also provided. The bathroom is a shower and WC configuration.
