The bathroom had no heat it was freezing. We arrived at the hotel at night and the front desk staff unlocked the door and locked it right away. I asked if it was a safe area and he wavered his hands. The outside entrance was dirty. The staff said police drive by often. They had signs if u have a guest they have to leave by 8 pm. I had a two night stay and left a day early even though the second night was non refundable

Easy to find. We all know about cash deposit (with lobby ATM): its gd because you don't have to wait for something to deposit into card. Bad because its easily forgotten. They had a smoke alarm that needed servicing: chirping every minute

Great staff. You can store your luggage if you need to. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Elevator a little run down and slow drains in room 315 - we told front desk staff and they are looking into it. Room and bedding were clean and we heard NO noise from neighbouring rooms or outside - this is what is important to us.

Got ripped off.

I was extremely disappointed in the fact they did not give me the room I payed for. The kid at the desk just acted like he didn’t understand English and said they don’t have anymore. I told him I would like the lower rate as I was getting a cheaper room and he just kept acting like he didn’t understand me. Despite the fact, it was clear, he is going to collage at Weber State because he had a student laptop.

The shower wasn’t draining properly. They still have signs up saying we no longer get breakfast because of COVID and when asked they said it probably won’t be coming back. The coffee being in the bathroom is pretty sus. I found long dark hair in my pillows, and some of the outlets didn’t work.

A decent cheap place downtown.

I stayed here before. The location is great - 3 blocks from Salt Palace, across the street from Little America. Condition is just OK. They want a deposit against damages. (For smoking) it was supposed to be cash but they allowed me use credit. Would say here again.

There is a $100 cash deposit required. The cleaning staff inspects your room before you leave. The cleaning staff said, my room smelled like cigarettes, which was total BS. My clothes smelled like it from going outside to smoke. I did get my deposit back after explaining myself. But i've heard others didn't receive their deposit back. So beware, beware, do not stay at this place.

Hot water took for ever to kick in, once it did, in the shower it took for ever to drain the water down, not minimum than 3 hours, also sink drain was very very slow. Tiles in the shower were very paint peeled, made it seem disgusting and dirty up to a certain point, very old looking, I think you could do a much better maintenance job than it has been doing.
