Everything was ok except the elevator was out of service. Looks like he was out and then was working and than out again. Ice machine on the 4th floor was out of service as well. Walking up and down 4 floor for ice was not a lot of fun.

It is a good hotel while I’m staying for work. I cannot ask for more because it’s kind of all building and also the price it’s very good. Compare with the other hotels around the area .

When I just stay a short time, all I'm looking for is a clean room in good working order, and a good breakfast. I was disappointed with both. The keys kept losing their room access, in fact, almost every time we left, so we kept having to recharge the keys. It was very common for the staff, and people would be lined up. The breakfast was not good. The eggs were so bad, I just tossed them after a couple of bites; I've never done that at a hotel before, and there were few options. The downstairs ice machine constantly leaked and wettened the nearby floors. Not sure I would stay there again.

Unpleasant Stay at San Antonio Hotel

I am writing to share my feedback regarding our recent stay at a hotel in San Antonio, which we booked through your platform. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory due to a recurring water issue that significantly impacted our stay. We stayed at the hotel for two days, and on the first day, while my kids were taking a bath, the water ran out completely. We immediately reported the issue to the hotel staff, and they informed us that some work was ongoing and assured us it would be resolved soon. While we appreciated their apology, the same problem occurred again the following day. This time, the situation was even more unpleasant as I was mid-bath when the water ran out. I was left shivering, unable to complete my bath, which was both uncomfortable and distressing. When I reported the issue again, the manager’s response was dismissive, suggesting that this might be a recurring problem they were accustomed to handling with the same explanation. This experience left me thoroughly disappointed, and I feel compelled to recommend that the rating for this hotel on your website be reconsidered, as it may mislead other potential guests. The lack of a reliable water supply is a fundamental issue that greatly affects a guest's comfort and overall experience. I wanted to bring this matter to your attention, hoping that you will take the necessary steps to address this issue with the hotel management and ensure such incidents are avoided in the future. Pretty solid, can’t beat it for the price

The room was solid. Plenty of storage space. Well-lit. Heat/cooling worked perfectly fine. Only gripe was that there was some mold in the bathroom; it was particularly noticeable in the shower. Like, come on guys. A quick spray of bleach would’ve stopped that from spreading. Other than the maintenance oversight, solid stay for the price. Will likely come back if I’m in the area again!

When we first walked in, the staff at the front was not very friendly. She was assisting a customer via phone, so I am guessing it had put her in a bad mood. We were able to check in, and were notified about the elevator not working, that we might get stuck but was rideable. Our first two nights were ok, the smell of marijuana did fill the hallways. The restroom was decent. The room was clean, but the mattress looked a bit old. The ice machine from the 3rd floor was not working, had to use the 1st floor. The second day we took the elevator and ended up getting stuck. The front staff told us to call the front desk, we did, and we we’re stuck for at least 40 minutes. Had to call at least 3 times and ended up calling my sister law to notify them that we were stuck in the elevator. The second night the water pressure was low, and we had no hot water. The next morning, there was no hot water at all and the ceiling was leaking from the restroom. The front staff did not notify us of the water pressure. The building overall needs a lot of maintenance, so i will not spend another weekend there. Do not waste your money in staying here. We regret it.

1st night As soon as we came in saw bugs, came in late at night so we didn’t bother changing the room, but my daughter was so terrified to even sit on our bed coz of that! Next day we out all day but when we came back our room have another bugs crawling around and the air conditioner/ heater not working, bed was so squeaky and Makes a lot of noise every little turn and not comfortable. And talk to front desk we couldn’t even change a room ! Sorry but we not coming back again on this hotel, and would not recommend to anybody specially to the families with kids and want a comfortable stay after a long drive or flight
