Our stay was very nice. We were right on the Riverwalk. The hotel was Right across the street from parking and about a 15 minute walk to the mall. The staff was very friendly and helpful the entire stay.. room was clean and we got light touch room cleaning for our 4 day stay. My only issue was the pool is only 3 feet deep but there’s nothing I can do about that.. overall would stay again.

Although our stay was short, this hotel did not disappoint. Located within walking distance to the Historic Market Square, San Fernando Cathedral, The Alamo, and the Riverwalk! The valet parking was worth every penny. We checked in our car upon arrival and didn’t need it for the rest of our stay. It is an additional cost but you have access to your vehicle 24/7. They provide a convenient link to request your vehicle. Pet friendly…they have a small area for your fur baby to take care of their doggy business. Our room was amazing. We booked a studio room with a cabana. Side note…you cannot access the pool via the cabana but they do provide towels pool side. There is also a fitness center and they provide a lovely breakfast and unlimited coffee in the lobby. Definitely will book again when we are back in the area!

We had a nice room with a river view. It was nice and clean and big! The only thing that we did not like is that the bathroom doors slide and they do not have a lock. Otherwise everything was great!

We travel often and have never received such poor service. The air conditioning was out in the lobby and breakfast area our entire stay with temperatures in the high 90’s. Half of the breakfast area was closed. Given it was a holiday weekend, that left too large of a crowd all scrambling for food. They didn’t give any notice for the fire alarms being tested and they were being tested as we were trying to go to bed. My daughter and her husband went down 6 flights of stairs with their 5 kids ages 1-9. Only to find out there wasn’t a fire. The swimming pool was too small for the crowd as well and the pool towels were tiny, old and thin. Housekeeping removed my swimsuit along with the towels in the room. Even though they do all laundry in house, my suit was never found. But to make matters worse I couldn’t even get any to return phone calls and voicemail boxes were full. Very poor service overall.
