I loved this hotel! The breakfast offerings were wonderful, and the room was quiet and smelled great. It was reasonably priced for what I got. I plan to stay here again the next time I'm in San Antonio.

I highly recommend this hotel if you’re planning a family trip to SeaWorld! The shuttle service to and from the park made everything so convenient, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and made our stay stress-free we’ll definitely be back!

Everyone was WONDERFULLY accommodating and eager to jump in to help at any given moment. The stove did need some corrections to it, but that was the only thing. Thank you for a WONDERFUL weekend stay away from home!

From check-in to checkout everyone was great. Breakfast was good plenty of options especially for a picky toddler. The shuttle service was excellent able to take us to SeaWorld and pick us up no extra charge and was extremely timely!

This was my second stay it was not as good. The AC in the first room was not working well and instead of moving us right away we were told to wait an hour…we did…it did not cool off. So at 11p we were making allowed to move. The second room looked like it was not cleaned properly. Hairs in the shower and sink. Also the shower backed up quickly and the towel holder was falling off the wall. This was not my best time there.
