This independent villa accommodates 12 guests and consists of a main building and a dépendance.
The main building has 8 beds and features an entrance on the ground floor, a small living room, a large lounge with a fireplace opening onto the garden, a dining room with access to the garden, a spacious kitchen with a fireplace and oven, American-style refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. There is one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a whirlpool tub, a small reception area with a guest bathroom, and two verandas—one outside the kitchen and the other accessible from both the dining room and the lounge. On the upper floor, there is an office with telephone, fax, and ADSL-connected PC, a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a designer bathtub, another master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool tub, and a room with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower.
The dépendance accommodates 4 guests and comprises two suites with double beds—one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor, each with an en-suite bathroom, one featuring a whirlpool tub and the other a shower with hydro-massage, and each equipped with a mini-bar.

Swimming pool (6x12 meters), small thermal water spring, large garden enriched with Mediterranean essences and cypress trees, completely fenced and overlooking one of the most beautiful valleys in the Siena region. Amenities include air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, laundry facilities, covered parking, barbecue, cooking classes, and heating with thermal flooring. There is also the possibility of raising the pool water temperature up to 26 degrees with a heating system (cost to be paid on-site).

Note: It is possible to add an extra bed by opening a room with a French bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, located on the ground floor.
