The hotel was really nice from inside and very close to Union Square and Market Street. The rooms were a bit small but very well equipped. Smeg refrigerator and a Nespresso machine with a lot of coffee capsules. The room was clean.

Room had great lighting settings and the closet was awesome. Hotel was clean and staff friendly not very helpful though. We asked recommendations to breakfast and they told us to AI the question to see what it came up with. The mattress was very lumpy and not very comfy. The truck delivery every morning that was delivering to the hotel was SO loud in the middle of the night. We thought it was a trash truck but they were just delivering to the hotel. It also took 30 minutes to get our car out of valet. This is a really nice place but I think maybe understaffed.

Clean and nice room! Comfy bed and pillows and great shower! The parking situation is awful. $75 per night for valet and no other option on site. We temporarily parked the car in front to bring our luggage up and immediately when we walked into the room, front desk called and asked if we were moving our car or wanted to valet. Luckily, I was able to find a parking garage about a block away from the hotel for half the price.
