The bed was very uncomfortable. I didn’t have good sleep . The key card didn’t work and got lock out the room . Had to leave to appointment. I came back the card didn’t work for elevator . Very bad experience

Fantastic experience as far as the property and its staff is concerned. Dropping one star only because the periphery has significant number of homeless people especially in the night which can at time feel unsafe. Very friendly and supportive staff overall!

The hotel has a great location, close to BART stations and Muni stops, making it easy to get around the city. Supermarkets and shopping centers are also nearby, so shopping on foot was convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out. They even offered to store my luggage before I asked. The room was clean, and I could control the air conditioning, TV, and housekeeping requests using a tablet, which was very convenient.

It’s great for a couple or an individual business trip because rooms are great but very small. Like an indoor cabin in a cruise . But super comfortable, trendy, modern with all the tech gadgets. Great location, Easy access to train station, fisherman’s trolley, union square is right behind . Security too.. I will definitely give it a 10/10 and would stay again
