The room we stayed at the air conditioning was turned on hot we couldn’t adjust the temp and was at 80 degrees. We contacted and was able to have someone to come and check it out and realized the thermostat doesn’t work with the air conditioner and we can just have to adjust it through the air con. Overall I think this place is good

The shower needs updating or fixing the shower would be cold after a few minutes and the tv not as advertised, and when checking out the guy seemed a bit rude but I guess it’s cool for a night stay I wouldn’t stay for a whole week thoe not worth the price

Great shuttle from the airport. Easy to find. Staff member on reception was helpful. Room was nice and clean. Just what was needed after a 16 hour trip. Bathroom was nice and clean. Easy walk to ihop, Dunkin donuts, McDonald’s if needed. Would happily stay here again and recommend to others.

Slow staff. I remember waiting in line and the man at concierge had finished with another patron, and I thought he was finishing up that person's account after they had left so I waited patiently. 3 minutes later he asked with confusion. Did you need help? which is astonishing to me when we were standing in line the entire time. The rooms were pretty clean but the sink was blocked so we couldnt run the sink (while washing face or brushing teeth) without the shallow sink filling 80% of the way. Also all the usb ports were non functional and half the power outlets (the ones not already plug with lighting, the tv or clock) were broken. When we informed concierge of these short comings no apology or solution was offered. The 3 star average review is pretty accurate.
