There are three DoubleTree hotels near the SF airport and two are on Airport Blvd. We took a shuttle to the wrong one and had to take a taxi to right one. Staff was very helpful, but you should do a better job of uniquely identifying the three hotels.

The cleanliness of the room isn't up to scratch. We saw stains on the table, toilet seat stained and hair in the sink. The WC and wash hand basin was blocked and not flowing properly. A plumber promptly attended to the WC but the wash hand basin couldn't be fixed, so we had to be moved to another room. Which was done swiftly and so appreciated. What earned the property a low rating is the water pressure in the shower. It's so slow you spend double the time it normally takes to shower. Initially thought it was a Cali thing with all the drought but we visited other facilities and the water pressure were normal. Staff are good and thanks to the restaurant staff who provided us with dinner plates and cutleries so we could warm our food in the microwave that was in a common room. All that worked well. Also the staff who swiftly changed our rooms. Sort out the plumbing, ensure the rooms are properly cleaned and you would get a 5-star rating all day.

The shuttle service needs to be more frequent. After a long flight and drive we had to wait at the airport pick up for 1 hour and 1/2. Otherwise, the hotel met all good standards
