I had a terrible experience at your hotel. Right before we checked in, I saw a rat run out of the building. When we went up to our room, our key didn’t work, so my partner went down to the front desk to ask for assistance. While I was waiting for him, I started hearing noises in the room. I called him, and he put me on speaker so the receptionist could hear. She was extremely rude and dismissed my concern, saying there shouldn’t be anyone in the room, and reluctantly offered to change our room “if I wanted.” I asked her to send someone to check instead. When room service arrived and opened the door, there was a man inside. This was an incredibly uncomfortable and unsettling experience.

Adequate Airport Hotel

I was visiting my son and his fiancee who were staying with her parents in SF, so booked this nearby hotel. Used the hotel shuttle from the airport (but waited for the shuttle 1 hour.) The thermostat is not connected to reality. The temperature was 70 when I went to bed and at 3am I awoke sweating to the temp at 76! Each night. The room was comfy otherwise & clean. No free breakfast, but the $16.00 2 eggs/hash browns/bacon was good. Probably would not stay again.

J.S.(Manager) made booking horrible. Bad manager

Room was great. Had an issue between the hotel and hotels.com and the hotel canceled my reservation. Manager J.S. Was extremely rude trying to get this corrected. In the end he found himself in the wrong when hotels.com still showed my reservation active. Instead of apologizing or being professional, he left me on hold, hung up several times, raised his voice, and cut me off, acting much like a teenage boy. He is definitely not cut out for this line of work. Thank you hotels.com for correcting this issue.
