The staff was excellent! The room was clean. It was walking distance to both of the venues I was seeing shows at and close to some great food. This will definitely be where I land on future SF trips.

The room was very clean. The beds were actually amazingly comfortable. The streaming tv was nice. The coffee in the lobby was a great treat. The elevators take forever though so plan to take the stairs.

Clean room, easy check in. But the coffee machine was out of order. We stayed only for one night. Overall, clean and comfy. We got lucky on parking- open spots on weekend. However, Be cautious on the neighboring area, on Sutter and Hyde: i think it’s a halfway house. There were fecal matters and sleeping person on the sidewalk as we were walking towards hotel…

The room is average in size and clean . The location is close to everything . Staff is courteous . There is a free coffee machine that I really enjoyed . For the money I paid , I am very pleased with the hotel . I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends .

This is my first time getting into a hotel stay with "every other day room service". Room service did not come on Day 2 and Day 3. I had to bring it to the attention of staff that I need room service and towels. There is no water in the room. Very very minimalistic room design and very few amenities. Not worth the price and would not like to get this hotel again for SF stays.
