Great customer service!

The service was great specially frontdesk. The hotel is a little bit dated and signage was hard to see even if big. The hotel fragrance wasn’t that appealing to the nose. Other than that, i will still come back here.

Got a hotel stay for my wife and my twins while her friends were in town so they could hang out in the city for the weekend. Hotel Abri was the perfect choice. The hotel felt safe, charming, updated, the staff were attentive, professional and kind. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The hotel itself is in a great location - right around the corner to 5th & Market Street with shopping, restaurants, etc..., the historic cable car turnaround - if you want to jump on for a ride up Powell, and also really central to public transit - Bart, Muni, etc... couldn't ask for more!

The property itself and staff were good. Room was very small but totally fine for a one night stay. If you walk one block to the left you’re in tent/drug city and it feels very unsafe. Many areas in SF are like this just wanted to call this out for female solo travelers. Spend the $$ and go into a better area!

Easy walk to Moscone center!

I stayed at the hotel for a conference and really enjoyed it. It was a great deal for the price and an easy walk to the Moscone Center. It was with in talking distance to a lot and the area felt relatively safe. It takes a while for the water to heat up, so plan for that! I would stay here again.

In the heart of San Francisco. It is a block away from the trolley. The lobby staff are some of the friendliest hotel staff I've ever met. The bed was comfortable and the room was perfect for my stay: a short stay onnmy way to Seoul and Tokyo for vacation

While the staff were very friendly, price does not justify the overall condition of the facility: many things were broken and not working, promised welcome gift for VIPs never offered for, room was not thoroughly cleaned. I'm highly disappointed for the price I have paid and would refrain from coming next time.
