The first room we were assigned smelled kind of gross and the bathroom smelled of weed. When I brought it to their attention they promptly changed my room. The new room smelled so much better! The rooms are a bit dated, but it works great for a quick stop before the airport!

It's a clean and quiet, no-frills place. They have a posted "quiet time" period which starts at 10pm, which I appreciated very much. The bathroom sink is outside of the bathroom, I had to get used to that. The staff were nice, breakfast was ok, parking was easy... it's a good place overall.

Customer service was outstanding, took care of a situation with my payment method over the phone super quickly and easily and made me feel taken care of. Only negative is that the toilet stopped flushing after a couple uses.

A little overpriced, they charged eight dollars a day for parking for no reason, simply stating oh this is San Francisco, those charges are not available on the website through Expedia.

This worked well for a stay near the airport after flying in late at night. The room was fine, and the breakfast had a variety of options, including fresh made waffles. Some scrambled eggs or breakfast meat might have been nice, but there were hard boiled eggs and some fruit.

My friend and I came to stay because we were bartending an event that weekend. Guy who checked me in at the front desk was the best ever, super nice and the other two guys were great too. Appreciate the door closed at night for safety. Good location, great price.

It's your basic hotel, no frills, clean across the street from Costco, so that's a plus. Breakfast, I would go down to McDonald's or Dunkin Donuts instead of having the free items.
