The room and property are very clean. The staff is super helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was great. Roof top sitting area was wonderful in the am drinking my coffee. Stayed for a Giants game and would do it again. Only downfall is parking. But it’s SF so you have to expect it.

Not made aware of the properties parking facilities were full at $95 dollars per night. How is your parking facility full for paying guests. I had to use public parking a half a block away. It was at a lower cost but inconvenient.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt in Downtown San Francisco, right off 3rd Street, and had a very positive experience. The location is excellent—just steps away from Moscone Center, Yerba Buena Gardens, and within walking distance to Union Square and the Embarcadero. It’s a perfect spot for both business and leisure travelers who want to be in the heart of the city. The hotel itself feels modern and welcoming. The lobby is spacious, stylish, and gives a great first impression. My room was clean, updated, and comfortable with a great city view. The bed and linens were high quality, and I appreciated the large windows that brought in a lot of natural light. The amenities were strong as well. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the on-site dining options were convenient with good food and coffee. Staff service was consistently professional—friendly at check-in, quick to answer questions, and helpful with directions around the city. Like most downtown San Francisco hotels, parking is limited and on the pricier side, but given the central location, that’s expected. Overall, I’d recommend this Hyatt to anyone visiting San Francisco who wants a reliable, upscale hotel in a prime location.
