Overall the hotel was in good condition. I wish there were more outlets especially at bedside. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a great location to all public transportation needs.

It was a great place to stay. It's an older hotel, very retro. It has all the basics we needed. Theres a parking garage across the street and plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay there again.

Perfect location, right near Union Square. Hotel is old but well maintained. Huge beds , very comfortable. Good value. Only issue was that the hot water takes a long time to come through. Otherwise very good stay.

Loved the hotel! Great area, staff was very attentive and helpful. The only issue was they had a fabulous bar with a pub like atmosphere but didn’t sell alcohol! But, overall, great stay!
