I left the room cleaner then it was when I got there. With the exception of the cockroach I left smashed on the wall by the door. The staff was rather argumentative when I had to add nights to my week long stay. Upon checking in, my cohab and I BOTH provided our ID's and credit cards in person. I had to rush him to the hospital for a blocked heart artery. They REFUSED to let me add nights without him present or reachable by phone. I said he was having heart suregry. They said if you dont pay by 12:00, you will be evicted or pay late fees. UN-ACCEPTABLE. PERIOD. In light of the fact we both already provided our ids and credut cards one week prior to the SAME HOTEL EMPLOYEE, this was utterly absurd, I understand there is alot of fraud, but not everyone is a scammer, as such, not everyone should be treated as a scammer. We easily dropped a few thousand dollars here, and were put off by this treatment as local residents/customers.
