We had a great time at this property. We were there during All Star NBA weekend so the area was extremely busy and active which made us feel very safe. The staff is super helpful. Also, the location is close to public transportation. Definitely would stay again!

Overall it's clean and tidy, but room is quite small, and the bathroom is really tight. The shower is definitely too tight for my husband. They also use small bottles of toiletries which was surprised for us especially in San Francisco.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel room was very clean. the staff was friendly. Also, the decor is very classy, we really loved the fireplace area in a cold SF night. We would defenitely stay there again.
