Great Staff but the room left much to desire

There were dirty black hand prints on the walls in the bathroom. The chain lock was broken. The desk chair arm rest was broken and the seat vinyl was just about all gone. The staff was excellent, very friendly and personable.

Easy check in, the hotel itself was clean for its age. You do have to park in valet style parking, but it’s open 24/7. Great location.

Hotel was not bad for the price. The area is a bit shady but it is downtown. The hotel is old but kept up. There are several restaurants and bars nearby so that was nice. The hotel has parking but for some reason, the valet guys are rude. The hotel staff was very fruendly and helpful.

Geez guys, put some effort into it!

Hotel staff was very antiseptic and unfriendly. Entire hotel is in need of refreshing. So many little un-maintained issues (pealing paint, broken sinks, chipped wood, non-closing doors, etc.)
