I would like to sincerely thank and compliment Mrs, Roselyne, who works at the Front Desk (check-in and check-out area) at the hotel entrance. She was absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful during our stay. From the moment we arrived, she assisted us with check-in and made everything smooth and easy. Her attitude was very warm, professional, and kind. She communicated with us respectfully and patiently, and her support truly made our stay more pleasant. She is a great asset to your hotel and truly deserves recognition and appreciation. I would also like to respectfully share one concern. Unfortunately, the kitchen area did not meet our expectations in terms of cleanliness. Some of the dishes and glasses did not appear properly clean, which made us uncomfortable. We hope this feedback will help improve the overall guest experience in the future.

The cleaning of the room is the worst, they don't provide good service; everything else is fine, the best is the shuttle service, the drivers are very pleasant and provide good service.

The staff was excellent, and the hotel itself was quite nice. The pool was great for the kids. Unfortunately, our room smelled like mildew or body odor. The hotel was fully booked. They did change our room the following day and that room was fine.
