The room was clean, very well set up for travel. Room was spacious. Plenty of storage, small refrigerator, microwave. Very nice seating area. What was great about the bathroom was that the toilet was separate from the sink and shower. Also, the shower was a very nice size and well done. Bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet.

When we arrive after driving like 4 hrs, we are informed by a paper in a stand that repairs are being done on the roof and hot tub. I literally pick hotels by price, hot tub/pool, breakfast and parking. Not having that hot tub that night after working and driving that day was really upsetting and the first thing he was pushing behind the counter was oh we will waive the cancel fee if you want to cancel and go somewhere else. Like not offering to cover parking for 2 nights which was $30. No just ready for me to cancel. Yeah sure at 7:30 pm I want to find a hotel .. like what!? Then we get our room key after being told no to covering parking and went upstairs to room. Get in there, there is no fan in the bathroom. So everyone in the room if no tvs on or radio can here you going #2. No thank you. Then the shower creaked like I know I’m not skinny but I should not be feeling like I’m gonna fall through the floor. Plus it got hot in there after showers to get ready and feel dry. The breakfast was good, I was bummed no bacon on a Saturday morning but other than that it was tasty stuff! The tv guide system was confusing as I don’t know what that’s was frustrating trying to find channels. And what I realized the night before we left when I wanted some ice, we had no ice bucket, no cups for water and coffee bar was not great. The room felt clean and sheets and bed were good. I’m confused at this time if I will stay there again.

Five Star all the way!!

Early check in, friendly staff, modern room, everything works, quiet, no odd smell, great water pressure, comfy bed, safe easy parking, great breakfast selection with a pancake machine. Just a great place! The only thing: the balcony door won’t lock, so we just blocked it with a chair. Still, it’s a 5 star. I recommend this hotel.

We were very disappointed as our room stared straight at the wall of another hotel. Windows didn’t open, felt like a jail cell. The pool and rooftop terrace were closed (which had we known we wouldn’t have booked this hotel). Three nights was over $1,000 for a VERY basic hotel. Not returning.

I was looking forward to staying in this hotel due to some of the amenities like the pool and hot tub. I received multiple notifications prior to my arrival regarding various things at the hotel. When I arrive at the front desk work, by the way was extremely rude, let me know that the pool is closed and I should’ve received notification about it. As soon as I expressed my disappointment, he responded. Will you be the fee. Not an apology, nothing. I will never stay at this hotel again. I immediately contacted. Expedia was gracious enough to contact the hotel and they didn’t eat Grampy a zero cancellation fee. Immediately got back on Expedia and embassy down the street and we had an amazing weekend. It’s really very unfortunate at this hotel from the pictures looks very nice but their customer service is horrible.

The bath had mild on the grout and light switch’s were dirty. The door leading from the parking lot into the hotel rooms was propped open on several occasions even though there was a sign that clearly stated it was to remain closed at all times. Also the hallway lighting was on a timer so it was very dark until you entered the hallway. It was very creepy and a safety concern for two lady travelers. The elevator at the end of the dark hallway did not require a key card to enter so anyone coming in the open door could enter and get to the upper floors where the rooms are located. I will not return.
