My stay was wonderful The front desk from both shifts helped me get an additional room even after I forgot to request it. They ensued me they would call in the morning if a room was available. That same night I got a call and a room was available for an extended stay. Thanks to them I was able to stay th night Above and beyond who’d was not necessary So thank you to them Staff is wonderful and very helpful

I chose this hotel based on the overall reviews and the pictures posted on expedia. My family was very disappointed and I had to apologize to them for picking this hotel. First off; the pictures were deceiving and filtered, and not at all what you get in person. This has to be addressed! The front of the hotel is the only thing that stood out and that resembles the pictures. The room looks like a renovated motel and the design (carpet and furnishings) look outdated. Most of the hotels we stay at don't have a tub. The bathroom design was outdated and my daughter informed me that the toilet had something inside of it. It appeared to be an alcohol beverage that was never flushed. The curtain was torn and we had a tough time having it opened. There was the bathroom light that both my wife and I had a problem with, because it turned off on us several times while we showered. I wouldn't stay here again. But must say the only positive things about our experience of this hotel was the breakfast (and its staff) and the restaurant located right next door.

Staff was amazing. The pool area was closed for maintenance which is understandable but huge disappointment to my kids. Loud buzzing sounds and loud people walking above and in halls (but my kids are also loud so it didn’t bother us.) we also slept with white noise to neutralize the outside noises. Beds were comfortable and it’s freeway close. Price was exceptional.

The breakfast options included pancakes, waffle, fruit, eggs, sausage, potatoes, bacon, oatmeal, and bake goods. There’s were at least 2 staff members in the breakfast area on the days I was there to make sure the area was clean and organized. The hotel is animals friendly as I saw about 4 leashed dogs there. The room was clean and my only wish was there was a vent fan for me to use in the shower and bathroom area. The restaurant and bar area is eligible for 10% off if you’re a guest of hotel.
