Beautiful Tuscan villa surrounded by green hills between Florence and Pisa in a panoramic position with a wonderful view of the medieval city of San Miniato. The villa is equipped with a large swimming pool of about 100 meters surrounded by ancient olive trees that stretch over the entire hill, exclusive property. The villa consists of large living rooms, fireplace, kitchen with panoramic terrace and equipped with a large wood oven, cellar, bathroom on the day side and eight large double bedrooms each with its own exclusive bathroom, one of these is equipped with facilities for the handicapped . In addition to the double rooms, there are 2 double sofa beds and 3 cots for children.
The villa is 1 km from San Minato where there are all services, is in a central position from which you can easily and quickly reach the most beautiful cities in Tuscany: Florence (40 km), Pisa (40 km), Lucca (40 km ), Siena (60Km), not that San Gimignano (30km) and Volterra (40km). For golf lovers there is a field at San Miniato 9 holes and a very nice one at Castelfalfi 27 holes (25 km).

Tolles Haus, leider mit kleinen Fehlern

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 13 Erwachsenen (Paare und Singles). Für unseren Rollstuhlfahrer haben wir das Behindertenzimmer im EG gebucht. Dieses Zimmer ist OK, allerdings ist die zusätzliche Knopfbedienung an der Toilettenspülung nicht installiert. Mit einem Rollstuhl kommt man auch von diesem Zimmer nicht auf die Terrasse, weil sowohl die Tür in der Küche als auch der Weg um das Haus herum zu schmal sind. Ansonsten ist das Haus sehr gut eingerichtet, auch in Bezug auf die Küchenausstattung. Leider wird dieser Eindruck durch ein paar Kleinigkeiten getrübt. So fehlen für ein Haus dieser Kategorie doch die Fliegengitter an den Fenstern (zumindest in den Schlafzimmern), diverse Lampen funktionieren nicht, der ein oder anderen Tür oder Duschkabine könnten ein bißchen mehr Pflege und kleinere Reparaturen viel helfen. Die Komunikation mit Alessandro lief problemlos.

Perfekt für Gruppen

Sehr großes Haus mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf San Miniato und ins Tal. Der Pool ist super, wir fanden sehr gut, dass er etwas abgerückt vom Haus liegt. Die Schlafzimmer haben alle ein eigenes Bad, sind geräumig und gleichwertig. Wir waren zu Neunt, fanden die große Küche super und haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Alessandro ist ein sehr netter und gut erreichbarer Gastgeber

È stata una bella esperienza. Casa molto grande e bella in mezzo al verde con panorama mozzafiato. Unica pecca se si può definire tale è l impianto dei fornelli con cui noi facevamo fatica a cucinare per quantità di 15 persone. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile con noi e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi problema.Per il resto è stata una bella vacanza e ci siamo trovati tutti bene.

Très belle maison toscane

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en compagnie de nos enfants et petits enfants. Nous étions 14 dans cette grande et belle maison typiquement toscane au milieu des oliviers avec pour toile de fond le magnifique village de San Miniato. La description faite par l'annonceur est conforme à la réalité. La position de cette maison au coeur de la toscane a permis à ceux qui le souhaitaient de visiter les environs. Alessandro le propriétaire est très accueillant, disponible et très serviable. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison.

Pasqua in Toscana

Ho passato la Pasqua in questa stupenda villa in compagnia di amici. La casa è molto confortevole, adatta a famiglie con bambini. Ogni stanza ha il bagno privato con doccia, pertanto si evitano turni e si ha privacy garantita. Stanze molto spaziose, situate al primo piano, mentre al piano terra la cucina è funzionale e fornita del necessario. Se si è in tanti come eravamo noi potrebbe servire una pentola molto capiente, di cui al momento la cucina è sprovvista. Ci è stato utile accendere il camino e sul posto si trova tutto il necessario, legna e accessori. Nel salotto c’e una Tv molto grande che però non abbiamo utilizzato, mentre è stato utile il bigliardino. Consiglio vivamente per chi vuole trascorrere giorni in tranquillità ma con le comodità di casa propria. Alessandro, il proprietario, è stato molto disponibile. Ci tornerei!
