The wait staff at the restaurant got to know me and today, came to the table with a small piece of carrot cake and safe trip with flowers written on the plate. And, they didn’t charge me for the child’s breakfast. This was such a step above!

We only had one morning to rest, and at 8:30 AM someone knocked on our door insisting on whether we had any laundry to wash—completely unnecessary and disruptive. Check-in was slow, no one greeted us, and the lobby restrooms were filthy. Th breakfast staff is very nice the food is ok not great. The beds were comfortable and the towels were large and nice, but overall the stay was not worth the price. Hyatt Centric offers far better service, food, and location

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The amenities were all top-notch, and this is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. As a bonus, the hotel is within walking distance to the Metrocentro mall via a pedestrian bridge. I felt very safe throughout my stay and would definitely return.
