Worst experience I have had at a hotel… will never be back. There was some kind of nightclub/concert going on till midnight. The noise was so loud , it shook the walls of the room. When I asked the staff about it they told me I should have checked the schedule of events and not book on those days! Very bad service and response since the main reason to go there is to get a good nights rest! Never again…

What i like is consistent good customer service i travel to el salvador frequently and stay at the hotel when first arriving and a couple of days before leaving always same good service from staff makes you feel welcome and wanting to go back because in reality thier are alot of places to stay but for me this is the best i have been going to hotel for years and plan on going for years to come god willing so many thanks for making me fell welcome everytime i go
