Your mobilehome consists of 1 floor, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 30 sqm and can accommodate up to 7 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room with 1 additional bed at sitting area and dinette. The dinette offers space for 7 persons. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture. Bedroom with 1 double bed. 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. Cooking nook in the living room with gas stove (4 burners) and refrigerator (freezer). Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
In addition, your mobilehome is equipped with baby bed and high chair for children.


Holiday resort
Local category 4 stars, reception, ATM, 2 restaurants, pizzeria, bar, supermarket, kiosk, and laundromat. Lovers of good food will be delighted by the variety of culinary offerings. The campsite features a restaurant with an open grill, a pizzeria, two cocktail bars, an ice cream parlour, a fast-food restaurant, and a takeaway service. For gourmets, there is also an à la carte restaurant and a street food area. The T-POP restaurant, the SiCafé, and the ice cream parlour will be open from mid-April.

There is a well-stocked supermarket, a newspaper kiosk (open in high season), a tobacco shop, and a souvenir shop with clothing items. These facilities will be open from mid-April to mid-September. In high season, a pharmacy will also be available.

The campsite offers several essential services for a pleasant stay, including an ATM, a laundry, and Wi-Fi access available in central areas such as Piazza Italia and the pool area. During high season, a doctor will be available at specific times. Some services may incur an additional fee.

For security reasons, all guests must present a vehicle pass and wear a wristband during their stay. The rules and regulations of the campsite must be followed by all visitors.

San Vincenzo. The mobile home is located on a campsite, on a garden plot with lawn and trees. The campsite, nestled in a beautiful centuries-old pine forest on the Etruscan Coast, is a true paradise for anyone seeking fun and relaxation. It offers activities and entertainment for all ages, thanks to a large water park, several restaurants and bars, and many services to satisfy every need. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 1 car) on the property. A second car can be parked outside the campsite.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool. Children's pool. The campsite features a large swimming pool park with lagoons, islands, slides, and water games for the little ones. For adults, there is an Olympic-sized swimming pool, while another pool can be heated and covered depending on the weather. There are sun loungers and parasols as well as a poolside bar. The pools are open from mid-April to mid-September.


Leisure
In the complex: mini golf, table tennis and bike rental. Animation for children. Adult animation. From April to September, the campsite offers a rich entertainment programme for children, teenagers and adults. There is also a playground for the little ones, a disco in the summer season and table tennis tables. For a fee, you can try out the adventure trails and minigolf, hire bikes or e-bikes, go-karting or have fun in the games room.
