This beautiful canal-front hideaway is just a short stroll from the Gulf of Mexico, with beach access located across the street on Middle Gulf Drive. Sand Pebble 4c is a top-floor unit with stunning views of the Sanibel River and courtyard pool. Recently remodeled and beautifully updated throughout, beautiful counters and updated appliances in the kitchen. The unit comfortably accommodates 4 guests with a king in the primary bedroom and a double bed with a twin loft in the guestroom. Roku TV’s in each room that allow ease of access for streaming and a Smart TV in the living room. If you're not enjoying a day at the beach, take a dip in the heated pool, play a game of tennis, or enjoy a picnic at the Gas BBQ Grills. Sandpebble is a small and quiet community that offers plenty to make lasting memories for you and your entire family. This condo offers even more with its nice updates and tropical decor that gives you the comfort of home, all while being right at the beach!

Situated in the mid-island area of Sanibel, it is only. 0.6 miles from Sanibel Island Golf Club, along with other restaurants! You're also in the perfect biking distance to all Sanibel has to offer! Sanibel offers 15 miles of pristine beaches (America’s best shelling beaches), 25 miles of bike paths, 250 kinds of shells and 0 stop lights. Top Sanibel Island attractions include: J.N. "DING" DARLING NATIONAL WILDLIFE REFUGE, CROW-CLINIC FOR THE REHABILITATION OF WILDLIFE, the BAILEY-MATTHEWS NATIONAL SHELL MUSEUM, and SANIBEL LIGHTHOUSE & FISHING PIER.

Great, well equipped place to stay near many of our favorite places on Sanibel. Nice pool, beach very close. Back Deck provides many wildlife sightings. Would definitely stay again.

We’ve really enjoyed the apartment. It’s very comfortable, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed to feel at home away from home. We truly appreciated those details. However, we’ve also experienced some issues that have significantly impacted our stay. The main concern has been the drainage issue in the shower. We reported it upon our arrival and received a reply assuring us that someone would come to fix it the next day, but no one ever came. We waited until Monday and followed up with another message, but unfortunately received no response, and the problem was never resolved. Additionally, on Wednesday there was constant drilling due to construction work happening in one of the apartments on the 3rd floor. The noise began early in the morning waking us up and continued throughout the day, making it impossible to rest or even take an afternoon nap. This disrupted the peace and quiet we had been enjoying earlier in our stay. To make matters worse, the elevator went out of service around 4 PM, apparently due to workers overloading it with heavy construction materials. We had to use the stairs to carry our belongings and later groceries, which was quite uncomfortable and inconvenient. The elevator was still out of service at the time of our checkout. This forced us to carry all of our belongings down the stairs manually. It took us four separate trips up and down, each with a heavy load. This was exhausting.
