Sanibel-yksikön T304 aurinkokello. Persianlahden näkymät kolmen makuuhuoneen / kahden kylpyhuoneen loma-asunto-osakehuoneisto. Meidän huoneisto on hienosti päivitetty ja siinä on todellinen kolmas makuuhuone oleskelutilasta lisävieraille. Tilava olohuone ja ruokasali kulkevat päivitetystä keittiöstä, varustettuna kaikilla laitteilla ja kaikella, mitä tarvitset aterioiden valmistamiseen perheellesi ja ystävillesi saaren lomalla. Turvatarkastus Lanai on laaja ja siinä on runsaasti istumapaikkoja rentoutuaksesi ja nauttiaksesi aamukahvin kahvia tai ilta-cocktaileja. Juuri käytävällä on vierashuone, jossa on queen-parivuode ja täysin varustettu kylpyhuone aivan huoneen vieressä. Makuuhuoneen sviitissä on erittäin mukava king-size-vuode näköalalla lahdelle ja oma kylpyhuone. Rakennus on hissihuollossa ja siihen sisältyy rantavarusteita, mukaan lukien rantapyyhkeet! Nauti Sundial East -yhdistyksen palveluista, mukaan lukien useita uima-altaita (yksi vain muutaman askeleen päässä R-, S- ja T-rakennuksista), bbq-grillit ja nopea langaton internetyhteys. Kävele vain rannalla ja nauti lomakeskuksen julkisista ravintoloista, uima-allasbaarista ja kylpylästä. Such a nice place!

We really loved this condo and resort. The kitchen and patio are great. Very spacious. The only complaint we had is that it’s advertised for two adults to be able to sleep in the twin bed room but those are child size beds. They were also pretty uncomfortable.

T304 Sundial Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean, easy to get to and the vicinity to the beach was ideal. The unit had all of the appliances, kitchen equipment and washer and dryer which all came in handy. The part about the pool was a little confusing and misleading. When we booked this, the description mentioned a pool but then closer to the trip we found out that the pool closest to the unit is under construction and the main pool is open but you need to purchase a pass to access. There is also no access ramp to the beach which made it difficult with the cart and it could also be prohibitive for someone in a wheelchair. Overall though I would give this a 9/10 for quality, location and ease of booking/use and we are already considering booking again for next year. Great condo and beautiful beach with ton of shells!

Spring Break 2025

The condo is so pretty. The kitchen was very well-equipped. The appliances were clean and very new. The beds were great and the bathrooms were sparkling! Great to have a parking space. I was surprised that we could NOT use the pool or beach or amenities at Sundial unless you pay 25 per person per day.

Beautiful condo, comfortable stay!

The condo itself is very well appointed, clean and comfortable. It was just what we needed for a family trip. Sundial is still very much under construction, and there were limited people there, but we went to the main pool and played pickleball, and both were very nice. My only complaint is that the management company could have included more toilet paper, dishwasher pods, and dishwash soap that had not been watered down. Some hand soap would have been nice. It's a very expensive rental (the service and cleaning fees are HUGE) and they made some very cheap decisions that created a lot of inconvenience and unnecessary expense. Otherwise, a great stay in a beautiful condo!

Hurrican Ian precluded our vacation

DVR is not making refunds, despite everyone in our wedding party receiving refunds from the property. We are pursuing legal options. The DVR will not return emails or phone calls. Even after purchasing trip insurance, which they won't share the name of the insurer. I will continue to serve notice on any/all social media platforms and emails to let people know not to deal with this company.

This condo is amazing. The layout is perfect for a family of 6. It's close to the beach and downtown Sanibel. We would definitely recommend. My communication with property management was not good. The person that returned my call was unprofessional (load music playing in the background). He did not try to resolve my concern, he stated "that's the way it is?" My concern was there were only two beach chairs for six people.

Beautiful Sundial Condo

This condo was in a great location and was very nicely kept. It was very clean. The instructions from property management were easy and when I needed them once, they were very attentive. Views of the ocean, Sundial is beautiful and there are options for kids to have activities. Would definitely return.

Fabulous Lunch Bunch Gathering!

A group of 5 girlfriends got together for a long beach weekend in Sanibel staying at the Sundial Beach Resort through this Vrbo property. We had a fabulous trip! The condo is spacious and clean with well-appointed, pleasant furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen and a great view! Easy walk to the beach and pool. A flyer on the refrigerator provided beach chair and umbrella rental info that was turnkey, door-to-door service. Parking was easy. The communication prior to our arrival and during our stay with Stacey and her team was excellent. The onsite support was very responsive when we had challenges with the keyless door entry and hot water systems. All in all a very nice condo and experience. Thank you Dream Vacation Rentals!

Amazing location, great property!

We had a wonderful time at this property! It is very spacious and the layout was perfect for our family of 6 (4 kids ages 7-12). The beds were very comfortable (I thought the king was great and my kids actually commented on how comfortable their beds were too). The only thing I wish I would have been better prepared for was the *very* minimal supplies when we arrived (no coffee pods and we had to buy more toilet paper by day 2). Also, there is only two beach chairs and an umbrella and a few balls for use. We bought sand toys and left them there, but know that there aren't many things to use at the beach. Overall, fabulous stay and I would 100% stay here again!

Beautiful and VERY clean. Communication about check-in was great. Beds are very comfortable and the view from the master is awesome. My only suggestions would be to at least have coffee in the unit for guests for the first morning. We didn’t have time to grocery shop before our first night and had to walk to get coffee and groceries in the morning. Also would be helpful to have more bathroom towels on site. On that note we were appreciative that there were beach towels to use. All in all a great stay and I would absolutely recommend!

Quick Getaway

Our group of friends decided on a short trip to Sanibel for the weekend. This property was perfect for the 6 of us. We were able to see the ocean from the balcony and took every opportunity to walk down to the beach. It was amazing to have the beach just a few steps away. The property was very clean and owner/management was responsive when we texted them. We plan to stay here again!

Wonderful condo! Great location!

We had a wonderful experience with this rental! The condo was updated, spacious and well maintained. Cleanliness is one of my biggest concerns when renting a vacation home and this condo was VERY clean! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. There were plenty of towels and blankets. We loved sitting on the screened-in patio and the proximity to the beach and pool was great! We would definitely rent this place again!

Sanibel get away !!

We loved the rental. The location to the beach and the pool were amazing. We did have an issue with the air condition two days in a row the temperature was 76° and 77°. On Sunday a technician came and fixed it. On Saturday we called about more beach towels and they were delivered. But I had asked for more detergent and was told I was given a starter pack and that was all I was getting. We did not rent a car which was a mistake. My friend and I walked to Jerry’s two days in a row to get essentials. That would be our only complaint. We did take island taxi several times. They are a little pricey
