Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. The house is divided into 3 separate apartments, which are situated on the second floor.
It is most suitable for groups of friends or an extended family who would like to spend time together but also value their privacy in the same time.
The first apartment is very large, with a bedroom, kitchen, living room, shower and toilet. There is also an extra queen bed in the living room. One of the best features is a beautiful terrace looking out to the yard and the forest.
The second apartment is a studio with a full kitchen, shower and toilet.
The third apartment has a bedroom, bathroom and a kitchen accessible by a staircase.
There is also large dining room with the terrace with amazing views to the mountains. Perfect for summer evenings.
The house is very special for us, we have put in a lot of work for renovation and providing a comfortable and beautiful place for vacationing, we do all the cleaning, preparing and maintenance on the house, as such, we ask you kindly to please treat it with care. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals.Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.
During your stay at this farm stay, you'll be within walking distance of Viejo Bridge in Besalú. Laundry facilities are available.
