Room was clean and stylish. We loved having a balcony. However, we anticipated better views of the city. Our room was too far from the main hotel and amenities so we never felt comfortable going to the gym, sauna, pool or hot tub because of the long walk outside in the cold, wet conditions. Wish we were closer to that - we would have been more inclined to use them. Also, the listing on Hotels.com indicates that there are laundry facilities. However, that is misleading. There are only laundry services and no explanation about how much or the times for same-day service. Overall, the general location of the hotel is great. The room was comfortable and spacious. The housekeeper was excellent and provided us with a total daily refresh. Enjoyed ourselves overall.

Perhaps the best hotel we stayed in US, even beats most of the 5-star hotels. The room is large and spacious, the bathroom has walk-in show stall which is almost hard to find in U.S., something already a household feature for many decades. The staff are friendly and helpful and the location is simply perfect.

The Good: The property was very well maintained, and the rooms were clean. The AC and heat worked very well. The water pressure and temperature worked very well. There was plenty of dresser space and a small, but satisfactory closet. TV with cable worked perfectly and provided enough channels. The Wi-Fi also worked perfectly. The Bad: There was no heat lamp next to the shower and heating in the bathroom. The pullout couch bed was too firm. The soap was not good. The toilet is very low (Bad for elderly people). There are no grab bars in the shower or by the toilet (Bad for elderly people).
