The Neighborhood:
This home is located in a quiet, well-maintained community just south of scenic Highway 30A. Guests love the convenience—walk to the beach in under 5 minutes or ride the included bikes to shops, seafood spots, and parks nearby. Seaside, Eastern Lake, and Grayton Beach are all a short drive or ride away.

Getting Around:
No car required for daily beach access or nearby dining. Two adult bikes are included to help you explore the 30A bike path and local attractions. For grocery runs or longer outings, a car is recommended. Please observe all community parking guidelines.
